UPS has one of the worst phone systems I have ever used in my entire life. The automated system does not help at all. In fact it hinders more than anything because it hears what it wants to hear. I was just trying to get the number to the location to talk to somebody to see if they do fingerprinting there. Instead it asks you a million different things and not one of them is what you want. You say representative and it says what are you calling about. I need to speak to a representative. Why are you talking to a representative why don't you tell me what you want to talk about. Can you tell me if they do fingerprinting there? Got it you want to track your package. No I don't want to track a package I want to talk to someone about fingerprinting at the location.Edit. I didn't have any social media accounts so I can't contact you there. Do you have a phone number I can call? Oh wait...

Driver leaves packages on the property line at the foot of the road. People walking by can literally pick them up and walk away. Attempted to call UPS, cannot speak to a human being and their virtual assistant says it cannot help me and hangs up. This is the worst delivery service I have every experienced.

Always polite and efficient deliveries by the UPS driver, Arthur. Driver respectively goes slow and safe in our neighborhood-unlike the fast Amazon drivers.

I went here looking for my package that said it should have been delivered that day but their site still showed it processing at their warehouse. They found the package after the workers left the belt area and got it out to me the same day. It was a Birthday present, so I appreciated their diligence in finding it.

The driver in my area always changes my delivery to “Customer requests pick up at office”. I receive REFRIGERATED MEDICATION…..I NEVER REQUEST A PICK UP BECAUSE THE MEDICINE WILL SIT IN A HOT WAREHOUSE OVERNIGHT. The driver is lazy and can’t find his way out of a wet paper bag.

Would give zero stars if possible. Package is lost in their system. UPS Store rep stated package was scanned into Brooksville FL. Customer center rep in Brooksville stated last scanned in Jacksonville FL. Online tracking indicates package is in transit. Unable to get a live person on the phone because their automated phone system is unable to locate tracking number.

I PAY for a yearly ups access point in my town. About every month I gotta drive to this location to pick up packages that they did not forward on to my access point. I have to drive to pick it up over an hour away about every month because they dont send it on to the access point. They have said for last 7 monrhs they are fixing it. Still not fixed. This is incompetence.I had to get the access point because of the inappropriate behavior by their worker

Could've been better. To open on time for starters and be open longer hours. Only open 3 hours and only 3 people inside at one time... Come on. Could have more space for customers to park....

UPS didn’t knock or ring my doorbell. Didn’t attempt to give me my package that I had to sign for. Put a note on my door and left. Very unprofessional and very lazy. Way disappointed today, this is a good example on why I do not use UPS. Thanks for not delivering my phone.

Our service has been excellent. Just 50 feet into our driveway is a sign that says all deliveries to be placed on a platform at the corner of our home, another fifty feet. Today someone left a package on the damp ground right next to the sign. Where did they get this guy ? We are elderly and both disabled. Our usual guys always drop our deliveries on the platform next to the gate, just 15 feet from our front door. Not today. Just in case they see this, our order was 1z o2y 4y6 03 3786 8870 at 11 am Dec 5, 2022.

The supervisor was polite and professional. He looked up the sud-driver's name and who is my main driver's name also. He provided me with actual phone numbers to speak with him and or the warehouse office. Not a number that is for customer service overseas. He said he will speak with both drivers in the morning about fixing the delivery issues. My packages were left on the ground outside my gate, ( which was open giving access to my house ) packages Not in plastic bags, it was raining. So both packages were soaked. This is very Unprofessional of UPS and their driver! Only time will tell if the delivery problems are fixed. I wouldn't have gone to the warehouse if care was taken, Ie.. in a plastic bag hanging on the inside of my gate or dropped off on my porch as all my past deliveries have been done.
