Truthfully one star is too much! We have lived in this servicing area for just over two years and we have had four pieces of mail miss delivered. None were recovered and one was a priority envelope. The others were a bank statement, utility bill, and most recently communication from our travel agency. The blame was put on their automated sorting machine. What about the mail carriers? Are they not conscientious and responsible enough to make sure they are delivering to the correct street and not just a correct house number?? And now the USPS has the gall to raise stamp prices again!

It's a quite small postal office they took like 10 minutes to give me an answer on a package the guy behind the counter sounded quite miserable I hope he has a nice day

Within in one week a package for me was delivered to another house and a package for another house was delivered to me. I've called this location 2 days in a row nonstop to let them know there is a "time sensitive" package wrongly delivered to my house. No one picks up. So I left a note in my mailbox to let the mailperson know the wrong package is on my porch. The note is gone and yet the package remains on my porch. Can't get anyone at the PO on the phone, leaving notes don't work. Also that 800# number is a joke—hold time 45 minutes!

We have been going to this Post Office for over 20 years and have had 3 different carriers during that time. The Postal carriers have been the best we have ever had anywhere in the US.I have been going into to this PO on a regular basis during the 20 years and except for 2 or 3 times they were out of stamps (imagine that) the employees have been courteous and helpful. They have gone out of their way to help with price adjustments and anything else I needed. We also mail 100's of large envelopes there every year through our business and none have been lost or damaged.

We get mail for other people all the time not even close to being our address or names. This has gone on for two years. Packages, first class and even mailers/flyers. Totally not even close to our actual address or names. Makes me wonder how often our neighbors get our important mail and we never see it? I tried hand-delivering it to a neighboring street (same house number, wrong street altogether) but neighbor got upset rather than appreciate someone took the time to deliver it personally to them. I've got bills, flyers and even packages that were not meant for us (probably for five different houses). This is crazy and has never occurred in other parts of FL or in other states. Called to let the postmaster know and it just rings twenty or thirty times, no one answers on a Monday afternoon.

I’ve been going there for a year now and know all the staff now, I never wait more than 10 mins on a busy day , so much better than the one in Tampa I use to go to, small and quick , the staff are the sweetest

Received my priority mail envelope on 08/06/21 that contains US passport in my mailbox. The envelop was partially wet. After opening the envelope notice that passport is damp and cannot close fully! All other mails were dry.The priority mail envelope may have gotten wet during transit. Such envelope should be water proof or in a waterproof bag. Reckless service.USPS learn your lesson from UPS, FedEX and Amazon. Using usps is my last options. Will contact Passport office, see what should I do.Please look at your rating on your website!It is time to close down the post offices. Will write to US postmaster general.Welcome UPS, FedEx.

Received a call from this PO in reference to the mail not being delivered and they assured me that the problem will be remedied and my mail will be delivered the next day which is today. Tried to call to ensure this was still happening but I can never get through on phone and I'm disabled and can't drive.

These people never answer the phone I swear no matter when I call or how long I stay on the line I get no answer nothing ever goes smoothly with this place
