I was very frustrated with my phone switching from service to emergency calls only. I had a long and dreadful day. The last thing I wanted to do was go into a verizon store, but it needed to be done. When I walked in I was greeted by Nicole, she immediately acknowledged me and began to help me with my phone. The issue was my Sim. She was very professional and polite, she tool care of the issue and even made me laugh a bit to lighten my mood. My 14 and 11 year old daughters were with me looking at all of the new phones. Nicole told me I was eligible for an upgrade and helped my daughter pick out her new phone, activate it and set it up. Verizon needs more customer service oriented employees like Nicole. Thank you Nicole for turning our day around. It was a pleasure meeting you and we will be back to see you again to upgrade the other phones.
