Disgusting store. The managers let the employees do as they please. I've never seen a more unprofessional staff in a store. Nothing is ever clean. Things are always rotten. The staff looks like they all come in to work high with their uniforms either hanging out their back pocket like a want to be gangster or slung on their shoulder like they're trying to impress a middle schooler. The managers are disrespectful. Non managers will lie and say they are managers in hopes of avoiding getting in trouble I'm assuming. Doing anything online won't work with them either due to their sheer laziness. If I ever go back to this store I will make sure I take pictures of the produce because wow that stuff is NASTY. Stock people clearly don't take things off the shelf. Managers once again aren't checking work. They just sit outside and smoke all day, which I guess is better somehow than just being inside while allowing all this to happen.

I feel silly reviewing a Wal-Mart but we all know they are not created equal. I wish they were. This one is clean and organized. They even stalk items I wished the Wal-Mart in Englewood Florida would. Englewood is my home town and lacks the selection this one has. Silly item? Torino's Pizza. This location has Hamburger Pizza. Not one in Charlotte, Lee, or Collier do. I pop in and out of Wal-Marts when I travel to see if they do and if they do, I have my cooler ready and we buy what they have. The kids like them. No, our children are not overweight, but we let them enjoy this snack because they are so active and darn skinny. Sure, I eat them too, but just the Hamburger one. The staff also seemed very helpful. Thanks Wal-Mart Brooksville.

They have more than other grocery stores in the area and are competitively priced but management needs to stay on top of how much they order. They run out of stock on certain popular pet food brands easily forcing me to shop on Chewy or in Petco. This Walmart also needs to train their undercover security employees a little better. They stick out like a sore thumb, making it obvious they're following you from isle to isle. These security employees also are unprofessional and give people rude looks as they pretend to look at things while making eye contact with you. On one occasion an undercover security employee passed by me very closely when there was enough room for this employee to move aside. There was no need to brush up against me it was unprofessional and intimidating. Also, please train your employees to not cough with their mouth open as they pass mask wearing customers. It's unprofessional and still qualifies as physical assault because of Covid.

Don't use their curbside pickup. I waited over an hour and a half the last time and now I showed up at 620 for a 5 to 6 pickup. We attempted to call and could not get anyone to pick up the phone as it kept going back to the operator, so we had to drive 20 minutes to find out they didn't have our order ready. I understand things are tough during COVID BUT the 2 problems I have is communication and they took my money before they had even picked the order. So Dominos can tell me the status of a pizza, but I can't get Walmart to give me the status of my order, no one can pick up a phone and say "sorry your order was delayed" or send me a message? Finally, the money is out of my account and I don't have the product, they said it may take 48 hours for it to come back to my account. I'll be driving to another Walmart from now on.

The Regal Nails Salon in this Walmart is the worst. I have never felt disrespected before at a salon but this place was the worst. They are extremely expensive and rude. I tipped on my card and cash for two different people for the two of us and the lady said "really that's all your going to tip on the card" little did she know I was tipping cash as well. Tipped very well for a full set and pedi. They also charged me extra for starting a mani instead of a full set when I clearly said a full set. Will NOT be back ever again! So disappointed and I feel so disrespected by the nail tech Linda. Hopefully someone will go there and help make the place better they need to if they want to stay open.

I really like this particular Sam's Club, because they are always well stocked and they have a lot of staff members available to help you out. I'd normally give Sam's a 3 star rating, however, today I discovered I didn't even have to wait on line to unload my goods or to pay at the register. My sister scanned the bar code of each item, using the Sam's app, as she placed it into the cart, when we were all finished, she paid ( on the app) we walked to exit, an employee scanned one of items and we were done! I was SO excited by this! Easy breezy shopping is the best!

Sam's Club continues to be impressive! I upgraded our membership from business to plus which has already given us more cash back than the cost of the upgrade. With the cash back our membership is basically free! My wife's tire had a screw in it. I was 95% certain the tire would need to be replaced because of the location of the puncture. I already decided if the tire needed replacement I would replace all four tires since they were fairly worn and would need to be replaced within the next 5,000 miles. Brendan is the tire service manager and he did a fantastic job finding excellent replacement tires. My wife now has four brand new Pirelli tires and the cost was only $301.60 which includes installation, lifetime balancing, lifetime rotation, 4 year road hazard, three year roadside assistance with a 70,000 mile guarantee! Took them less than 45 minutes to complete the tire service. I had previously priced tires at all the other shops and none were even close to Sam's Price! With Scan & Go I find we shop at least 25% more often because of the easy in and out even during peak times!

Decent sam's club in Brooksville, Fl. We're Costco members, but visiting mom who is a Sam's member (owned by union busting wal-mart), thus the two star rating, Mom needed a memory foam mattress. They had a highly rated (consumer reports) gel foam mattress for $500 which was $800 online at the manufacturer (Serta). Pizza at food court was cheap but dry and tasteless.

This Walmart had make-up that the Walmart in Germantown doesn't. It was clean, organized and no wait to self-checkout.

Be aware of the Walmart bait and switch. Do not rely on the delivery dates on walmart.com Most likely it will come later. In my case after Christmas now instead of 12/21 as advertised. L. Kucher

This store continues to be a 5 star store. From the bakery to the meat, produce and frozen foods. The selections are very good and prices are fair,

Usually everything goes good here. Last evening went in to buy new Christmas things a tree and the three set of deers. Got a girl from the Customer Service desk because there were no more boxes of deers. She came from the back and said they had no more but they are to get three sets Friday or Monday, that I could pay for them and someone at the desk would call me when they come in. Rolled up to the cashier 500.00 plus dollars. Then I was told to go to the CS desk and let them know i bought one of the deer sets. To give them my phone number and name etc. then a lady came over and said no they cant do that. I'm sorry I'm sorry she went on and on really people Make Up My Mind? So if Sam's have something you want make sure you buy it when you see it don't wait they don't care about their customers by far.

Super disappointed, we purchased a diamond solitare but we asked in advance if we would get that exact ring. We were told yes - and it was sent away to be sized, we should expect it back in two or three weeks. Almost a month later it arrived for pick up and an entirely different ring was there for us, the jewelry manager said "We were lucky! because it's even bigger than the Other one. But I also had a huge inclusion, I said where's my ring...the one we bought and waited for?! She said Tha us how we do it...& I sold it yesterday - - wow - -keeping it short to say the least, literally. I will never trust Sam's Club jewelry again - forever.
