Give your cashiers training on how to pack groceries. Nearly all of your cashiers are great except for one lady yesterday she packed everything in about five bags. No regard for food or general merchandise just going in the same bag. To top it off, I only had the use of one arm, Will never go to her again. Training is a must, i'm sure you have some CBL's for her to watch.

!!Heads up!! Ran my card here, all well. I later checked on my card status and I had an immediate 2nd transaction for a Walmart out of Saudi Arabia for a slightly larger amount. Had to throw away my card and wait for a replacement card.

Totally rude employee invaded my personal space WHILE i was doing self checkout she got in between me and the register because the bags were laying on the counter and not in the right place to begin with . She started putting the bag in their proper place all the while an inch from me without saying a word .I asked her to wait until i was done and she told me to wait a few minutes till she was done and would not wait as i had asked. I Spoke with her manager, and she was totally useless."This was in Brooksville Florida. "

Whatever you do DO NOT buy a vacuum from this store... .This was my second Hoover and both times the belt was broken. Terrible. Shoddy workmanship.

We took our Ford F150 for an oil change April 8th... drove a half mile away and truck was completely malfunctioning!!! Walked back to the store and tried to talk to Scott the Manager, who said "you are wasting my time", and would not even listen, after 2 of his employees had apparently done something wrong to the vehicle while performing an hour long oil change. The truck has been at a repair place over 2 weeks - with a bill over $1100 - and climbing - and it is still not running!! WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE - THE MANAGER SCOTT DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACTIONS OF HIS EMPLOYEES WHEN THEY CAUSE DAMAGE TO OUR VEHICLE !!

Dear Customers, The pharmacist and this walmart likes making a Mountain out of a Molehill. I just moved a few months ago from South Florida to this area and my old doctor in South Florida has since retired. So i called my Cardiologist to prescribe me my sleeping pills that I've been taking by the way for years and buying them from walmart for YEARS! and this stupid male Pharmacist called me to tell me he was not going to fill my prescription because my doctor was from South Florida and he was a Cardiologist. He told me I needed to get a new Doctor in the area that I live in now or he was not going to prescribe the medication. WHAT! Since when are Pharmacist Doctors? He has no right to decide anything I just finished travelling around the country in my RV for a year getting my medications every month from different Walmarts in many states. I hope someone from Walmart read's this and corrects this pharmacist and his egotistical way I'm sure he's done this to others I hope you also write a review. It is really inconvenient that now I have to call my Doctor again and have him prescribe it to another pharmacy. Very unfortunate for Walmart you won't see me in that store every again.

This store is dirty and the associates are not helpful. Try anywhere else. I had to ask for a refund from the garden center because no one ever showed up to help after I'd already paid.

Since the virus has changed shopping for many, I decided to take advantage of the "order on-line, pick-up" service that Walmart offers. I can honestly say...it's one of the best business services going! To date...I've not gone into any grocery stores for my goods. This means I'm not shopping any other grocery type stores at this time. This is one of the best ways to stay safe due to those shoppers that have a problem with social distancing of 6', following the arrows that stores have been courteous enough to place for safe shopping, let alone to protect all of the shoppers without masks.....and there are many! The on-line website is user friendly with options that accomodate stores and times for pick-up, adding/deleting items and make shopping easy for sundries and groceries. Who could ask for more during these challenging times. All of my orders have been ready in a timely manner and upon arriving for pick-up the employees that bring the orders to the cars are courteous and friendly and totally aware of any changes that were made to the order.They do a GREAT job! I can't believe that more grocery stores haven't offered this, easy to sign up, service but am certainly glad that I selected to do this with Walmart! Thank you Walmart and your employees, for all you're doing!

A few years ago, I could have written a fine MINUS 5 star review. We didn't go into this walmart for at least 2 years Then it changed. Staff became friendly and helpful and it became a nice shopping experience The new grocery pickup is proof positive that Walmart is finally doing things right. We have come to use this a lot

Walmart...there are plenty of them. Good, bad and in between. People typically have a love/hate relationship with Mr. Walton's empire. I'm taking the time to write this post, first of all because this particular Walmart, for us, has been consistently above average and makes for a better shopping experience. On occasion, I run into a Walmart associate that makes an impact on my day. Today was one of those days. As I was guiding my cart from department to department, I entered the Electronics Department and came across Kailee. Without prompting, she eagerly asked if I needed any help? She was genuinely inquiring and gave me her full attention. I explained that I was looking at 'future' purchase ideas(which I do quite frequently, my kind of window shopping). But, I did have a question about an item, to which she had an immediate and accurate answer. I was so impressed with Kailee, that I made sure to get her name, spell it correctly and find out she is a manager of some sort. So, my Walmart excursion on this day was not only very successful but I left feeling like a very Valued Customer! Kailee, thank you so much!

Since it's been a while since I wrote a review, I thought I should update. I picked a bad day to shop as Saturdays must be the day everybody in town decided to shop. Long lines to check out so this will be the last Saturday I go. Still a very nice store that is well stocked and very clean. Fresh bakery goods and a lot of local produce. And you still can't beat the prices at any other local stores. They have a new pick up area to wait in the front of the store. It does not seem to be used by many people.

Employees were extra helpful to my sight impaired friend and to me, who needed a cart and they brought me one after I tried to walk the whole store without it. Good selection and I saw the gluten-free section (almond flour, etc.), lots of healthy and affordable choices. Was surprised how busy it was for a Monday morning...moms and seniors mostly. The employees were stocking shelves and I was pleasantly surprised how helpful they were.
