I accidentally left a shirt in the baggage area and the lady didn't check or let me know. I ended up coming back later that same day when I realized to come get it and they said they put it back on the shelves I asked where they couldn't tell me. I went on a wild goose chase and couldn't find it. I went back again they said ask this person i did then was sent to someone else who then said maybe it was in a cart by the dressing rooms I went and checked and wasnt there. I went back and they had closed guest services. They sold the item that I paid for the same day I bought it seriously that is bs I didn't even get a return

Store is has become better with associates willing to help, would like to see the blue cart employees be more willing to not block narrow areas and step aside to let customers shop. Update employees should be bilingual with English and Spanish. Isles are full of pallets and blue cart employees block the entire Isles

Went in there with grandson to pick up a couple of things for a school project. The self checkout lines were long. It was easier and faster to go through assisted checkout lanes. Cashier was friendly

Oil change while I shop. However , my Walmart grocery list keeps getting shorter as our family is getting most of our groceries from Aldi's now. Their prices are better and store brands superior

I spent almost two hours past the time they said my care battery would be replaced. Stupid me... It hadn't even been started yet. I went to the parts store across the street and it was selected, paid for, and installed in about 15 minutes.
I will not shop at Walmart out of principle unless there is no other option now.

Picked up a rack of baby back ribs when I got home and opened them a strong fish smell hit me!! I guess they dont care if people get sick ill never go there again to shop !!!
