I do not understand it but every time I come to this wawa they are never in a hurry to take care of the customers inside the store. They instead worry about online orders. If I had another location this close to me. I wouldn't come to this store anymore.

I ordered on the WaWa app. My husband went by to pick up the order. Their excuses that were told to him were that they never got any order because they are sure he went to the wrong location. Then they told him that the order must have been placed thru a delivery service. My husband showed them the email confirmation with the order number, the order, the receipt and the time to pick it up as well as the address. They then said they never made those particular sandwiches. The manager named Katy or Kaly decided to argue with my husband and over talk him. The male worker then said he might have given doordash our order and all of a sudden remembered making the sandwiches. They were rude and definitely did not put the customer first. The male worker said he would make the sandwiches again. My husband waited 20 minutes and then asked how much longer. The man then told him that he forgot to tell my husband that he needed to tell his wife to go on and cancel the first order and replace it. My husband was irritated and asked for a refund. He was told he had to call an 800 number to ask for a refund. We called the number and held for 13 minutes before speaking to someone. They said it would be approximately 10 days for the refund. This was the first and last time for wawa

If I could give zero I most definitely would. I ordered two sandwiches with the hopes of them being the way I ordered it. I get home open up both sandwiches and neither of them are correct at all, as a matter of fact not even the sandwiches I ordered, I call and the lady that answered the phone said to bring in the order and we will remake it for you. I drive back over there and did exactly as I was told, the guy that makes the sandwiches goes I need to order receipt and the receipt that you purchased these sandwiches, told him that I did not have those due to the fact that I was not given a receipt of purchase and the order slip was put in the bucket. He then blows steam at me and call his manager over to which she goes only one of these sandwiches are incorrect you’ll have to buy the other one again. Hell no I got them to remake them but that’s not the point. Terrible customer service.WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE

This location has always been on point when we've ordered food and we've never experienced issues with ordering, correctness, quality, or delivery method be it curbside or pick-up inside except once out of the hundreds of times we have ordered when we got a different bag size of chips we added. They work hard and remain courteous to quickly get orders up and out, so kudos to the food prep heroes, the car runners, and the ones off to the back slinging drinks and stocking up for the rest of the crew.
However, the front counter leaves much to be desired, hence the 3 stars.
When not ordering food and either picking up items or turning in lottery tickets for cash/free tickets, it's really a mixed bag on what you're going to experience. Sometimes, great customer service, other times, not so much.
Whoever is training the cashiers at the front of house needs to spend a little more time on the younger ones, especially the one smaller girl who worked last Saturday 6/21 about 4pm and the other younger girl with glasses who was also there on a weekend. Both were about as personable as a dial tone and could barely handle their simple tasks.
Both need training in how to count money back to customers instead of crumpling money up and either tossing it on the counter or handing it back without so much as an utterance of amount. It's rude and uncalled for.
The smaller one who thinks she's too cute to be bothered by a job took my lottery tickets to turn in, came back, opened the drawer and handed me money without a word. When I asked if the amount I thought I had won was the amount she handed me, she blinked and nodded as I stood there and counted it out for myself. I said, ty have a nice day, she walks off like she'd been visited by a ghost. I'm not looking for an interpretive dance with the receipt paper or a fake theme park greeting, but for the love of all things hoagie, speak and do your job. Real humans are standing in line expecting to be greeted or at least treated like people not some piece of trash that's impeding on your flirting time or time spent spinning in circles like a moth caught in the fixation of a street light.
Managers, I know you're super busy, I know alot of things are going on and coming at you a million times a minute, but please check the behaviors and actions of your counter people before someone takes issue beyond leaving a review. I know retail can be hell, I know working on the weekend is a bummer but if handing back people money is a chore or speaking is such a horrible experience they'd rather not do it, maybe find a better use for those who seem to have problems with the simple tasks like treating people like humans.
Overall, better location than others when it comes to food prep. Worse counter service than other locations when it comes to buying anything else or turning in lottery tickets. Mixed bag, but worth the visit if you need gas, food, atm, or air for your tires.

Excellent customer service. I didn't catch names but there were several employees trying to figure out what went wrong with my mobile order. They were on top of it and all were helpful and kind

Condescending cashier should not be interacting with customers. She tried to double charge me for a coffee then she tried to blame the barista for the confusion.

This is the first time I've left a review even though I've had a couple bad experiences before but tonight they were not busy & messed my order up so bad that I was double checking my receipt thinking maybe I made the mistake but no they just screwed it up, badly. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on toasted white bread with bacon, cheese & mayo & I got a barley chicken salad with bacon, cheese, mayo, pickle, tomato club. I absolutely hate pickle so the whole thing tasted like pickle & I hate tomato. My sandwich had more bread, as they made a club instead & was so bad I had to throw it away. Needles to say I will not be getting anything else ever to eat from the Wawa in Brooksville.

Raise your prices overnight, Lose your customers! I just went to a wawas in Tampa which is way more expensive living than Brooksville. And I bought a $5 large cream smoothie. And all of a sudden overnight, less than 24 hrs later, it’s $5 for a GD small? Like I said. Raise your prices, lose your customers.

I frequent this location a lot and have always been satisfied with service. My only complaint is the door of the handicap stall in the women's bathroom has had a blood stain on it for over a week. Please someone clean it.

My local Wawa has had a limited menu on their screens for over two months, which is extremely inconvenient. At first, I assumed they had removed certain items permanently, but after visiting other Wawa locations, I realized that’s not the case. I’ve addressed this issue multiple times, yet nothing has been fixed. What makes it even more frustrating is that they’re still able to make the item—it’s just a cortadito, which only requires milk in coffee. It’s not like they’re out of milk! This specific location is the only one limiting options for no clear reason, making it impossible for customers to order their regular items.

Wawa got too used to selling hoagies to people who think grits are edible.... Quality is terrible for the last few years. Why bother building new wawas if you're going to make them all BAD?

I’d give 0 stars if I could! The employees stand around doing nothing when the store is busy. Multiple items unavailable. Paid for something and didn’t even get it because they “ran out”. Teens fighting inside the store.
