My phone had an issue where it turned off immediately when unplugged from a charger. The only way the phone could stay on was if it was plugged in. I suspected the issue to be with my phone's battery since it seemed like it was incapable of holding the phone charge. I decided to take my phone to iWireless because of the all the 4-5 star reviews saying nothing but good things about the place. I went in and specifically requested for a battery replacement. I was confident that the issue was with the phone's battery. They asked me to pay then and there before the repair was made and I did. I thought it wouldn't take very long but when they detailed how long the repair would actually take, I decided to drop off my phone the next day since I didn't have time to wait around and I needed my phone back. I left the store having paid them around 160$. The next day, I dropped off my phone at the store and I gave them a phone number to contact me with when the repair was completed. They told me it would take 1-2 hours. By the time 2 hours passes, I am on my way back to the store. There was heavy traffic and it was almost 3 hours since I last dropped off my phone by the time I get there. They haven't contacted me at all. Once I get to the store, to my surprise, they tell me it wasn't the battery but rather the screen of the phone that needed replacement. They then show me my phone, with a replaced screen, working as normal! They asked me if I would like to pay for a replacement screen and give them an extra 290$, with my 160$ going towards credit for the screen replacement, totaling out to about 450$ for a new screen. I think it over and decided to decline the offer and ask for a return instead. He said he would only give me 80$ with the rest of the money compensating for their time working on my phone. I was fine with it, I just wanted my phone back how I brought it. It takes them about 15 minutes to supposedly put back my old screen. Once I got my phone back, I thanked them and headed to my car. I wanted to test my phone, by plugging it in, to make sure it was working before I drove off. To my surprise, the phone didn't turn on at all anymore and the shell of the phone was coming right off due to a very poor job fastening it back to the phone. I start getting upset and head back into the store saying that my phone isn't working. They take it to try and fix it. I was starting to think that my phone was likely messed up now because of their attempt to change the screen. That was something I never asked or gave them permission to do. I argued with what appeared to be the store leader over the broken phone but eventually I left the store with a phone that can't turn on and 80$ gone. I specifically requested a battery replacement and once they supposedly find out that it is not the battery that is causing the issue, they go out of their way to diagnose the phone and replace the screen to show me that it works with a replaced screen. Only to then ask me for more money to do a screen replacement. On the receipt, it explicitly states the purchase was for a replacement battery. They diagnosed my phone and replaced the screen without my knowledge asked to be paid for it. When I declined, they gave me back a phone that is unable to turn on. They could have even been lying about the fact that the screen needed replacement. I have no way of knowing and either way I won't even be able to transfer any my data to my new phone I puchased because of this. All they should have done, was see the new battery wasn't working, assemble the phone back to normal, and notify me that it wasn't the battery causing the issue. From there, they could have asked me if I wanted to diagnose the phone or get a refund. I had an extremely disappointing experience with iWireless and I can't recommend that anyone spend any time there. I feel cheated and robbed.

Shady business practices. Lists incorrect price online, responds back to inquiries and when you get there tells you a different price (the price online was a "down payment").

very rude when you call and ask questions before making a drive. especially when you have kids it's hard to take them all in, so you try and call to get as much information before making the trip. when I called I asked two maybe three questions. each question the guy cut me off, talked to me like I was stupid, and didn't seem like he cared and want to take care of customers. very rude!!

I called to ask about pricing and the told me that I couldn’t get pricing over the phone and I had to come in to the store I work in sales and I don’t think is ethical if you’re selling product she told me that the store was full and I had to come back in to get information, not everyone has the time to come in and waste time if you go in and don’t get a nice deal

They made my phone worse after going to fix it. My screen was not responding on my iPhone 13. I had went to get it fixed with no problem. They told me to come back to the following day. I get my phone and he said to me “it’s going to be hard to make the phone work”. Now I have the phone and it doesn’t even turn on and when it does all it just resets then have the audacity to tell me it’s going to be 200 dollars for something they have messed up.

So the craziest thing happened today. I had got a call from a hotel not to far from this place there was a wallet found on the hotel property. In the wallet was my wife's information that she had giving to this place to finance one of their items. It's the same kind of paper that this place has wanted her to write her info on so they could put it in there system. I really need answers asap.

My daughter went there to fix her charge port for 1phone 13. They fix it and messed up her screen that wasnt damaged before and wanted to charge her 300 to fix something they broke. Bad bisnus ill just send her to the phone place in saint cloud such rip offs
