I needed a wiper blade for my back window wiper. I am so sorry I can't remember his name but there was a gentleman with a UK accent who helped me. He was very efficient and helped me install the blade (I couldn't figure out how to get the old one off). His level of customer service was top notch. The service I received is the kind that makes you want to be a loyal customer. Thank you!

My new “FAVORITE” Location. This store was well stocked and was clean and orderly. Their staff is Welcoming and very knowledgeable. They offered actual “Solutions” rather than just throwing parts at the concern. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION for all of your automotive concerns.

Used to be go to store for car stuff but I realized they lie about pricing. Check there prices. They don't match the price online for that store.

Back ground story is ……….since I know Florida hot weather eats car batteries sometimes in only 3.5 years & my battery is over 5 .5 years, I decided to seek help at this Advance Auto where my existing battery was purchased, for having my battery tested as preventative maintenance.
I was experiencing some unexplained intermittent electronic glitches for weeks with opening my rear hatch, but only just after market shopping for two hours when it was locked, after the car sat for a week and one half, then starting my car and only driving 3 miles to that market. If I drove longer periods to stores all seemed fine. I did not relate my issues and just simply inquired about whether Advance still sold the same batteries and had fresh new 24F-AGM batteries in stock for my vehicle, with a younger very polite and professional sales person named Daniel and also whether they still did battery tests.
He thoroughly answered my questions about the batteries in stock, and that of course he would want to do a test first and be glad to do that testing for me. Since it was about almost 100 degrees out in full sun I offered to pull the car into a shaded spot but he insisted it was no issue they did this all the time.
Bottom line I saw the before and after tests on the instrument. The battery was still good for being a 5.5 years old but was showing its age in all testing where the new one exceeded its specifications.
As I thanked Daniel and explained to his Manager named Dave, in Florida since 2014, it has been very difficult to find businesses with employees that exemplify Daniels work ethic , knowledge, professionalism in their tasks, and cordial courtesy towards customers! He kept refusing my offered tip which I hope was acceptable, but I insisted! Hope is still alive in The United States of America. And if you are a reader who understands “Semper Fi”, I’m vouching that you can put your trust in Daniel at Advance when you visit there.

Walked in 15 minutes before closing (yes I know everyone wants to go home because it’s Sunday) guy working says to his co worker “cmon there’s 10 minutes left” I asked for my alternator to be checked because I installed a new one after being left stranded. He said the machine is broke. Figured because he left me on hold for the 10 minute drive to walk in and there’s no one in there lol. Classic. Just saying, don’t waste your time thinking your going to get anything done with advance auto parts when your in a pinch. and I had time to type all this before closing!! Wow
