Brought my brand new 2025 Duramax here after I hit a parking pole in a garage. Paid 5100$ out of pocket to have the door and quarter panel replaced plus repainting. When I came to pick the truck up the hood had a huge dent and scratch. Something was dropped on top of the truck, and they never said anything to me until I found it when I got home. The whole truck was covered in the compound they used to sand a polish the truck. Even the inside of the truck, (seats/doors/dash) and in the bed. I brought the truck back and they cleaned the bed the best they could, but I could still see spots inside and around the truck they missed. This shop really lacks skillful employees and attention to detail. Plus, they take their time with everything and lack transparency when trying to get updates on your vehicle. Overall project took about 3-4 weeks.

They took 6 months to complete the repairs and charged over $7,000 To repair the windshield, hood and fender. Additionally they charged me $4,000 just to paint the roof and back hatch. I found the drivers door panel hanging off due to broken clips and the front fender nearly fell off due to lack of flat and lock washers! I’ll never use them again nor do I recommend them!

Pd a ton of money for paint job on entire truck. The paint is cracking and babbling on the truck bed. Clear coat has started pealing off the hood. Just discovered they painted over the 3 m tape that holds a part on the roof that was never replaced. Took truck back. They blamed it on ceramic coat acted like i was stupid and didnt know what it was. Id never go there again

Went there in good faith, agreed on a price. At pick up of my vehicle Tom charged me a deductible for the body work. Will never have anything else repaired there again and do not advise anyone to go to this shop for body work.

Brought my truck in for bed liner spray and a leak in the roof located near rear top reverse light. They did a fantastic job! I pointed out 2 small issues after and his workers got to it very fast. I have no issues and I will definitely come back again and again! They also wash my truck! Thanks again guys!

Celico did a great job on my Maserati Ghibli passenger side 2 doors that were damaged due to my husband painting the door because their was a dent. Celico had to re'due my husbands horrible repair work. Tom was great with explaining everything. Took a little over 2 weeks but came out great. It was well worth the wait.
Celico went above & beyond their expectations.
Will be doing business again with Celico

Received a $700 estimate from Tom to repair apparent body damage on front left of my Tahoe. Would need my car for a full week. Went for a second quote at J & J Auto Body & Paint. Ray inspected the car for 30 seconds and told me to go to the garage 3 doors down and ask them to buff out the problem. The tech buffed it out with a solvent and rag. Looked like new. I paid the tech $20!
Was Tom's estimate an honest mistake?? You make the call.

They did an amazing job fixing my 2018 Jeep Compass. It took about a month but they got it done a lot soon than I was expecting! They were easy to work with, and answered all my questions and very helpful. They even detailed my car for me before giving it back, I thought that was a great touch! I really appreciate them! I would totally bring my cars back to them and recommend them to anyone needed work done.Services: Tires

I was in an accident, a friend recommended Celico, it took them longer than they estimated. I only had a rental car for a week(through my insurance). When I got the car back the first time the paint did not match completely and I had to bring it back 2 more times. There are clear coat drips on my hood. The paint is coming off in two places and it has barely been a year. I am very dissatisfied, the company should treat an insurance repair the same as if I was paying out of pocket. Now I will have to take my car to another paint and body shop to get there horrible paint job repairs. I can't even wash my car, more paint comes off when I do.
