Longtime Cricket subscriber and of all the stores I have been to this Bunnell store is the best due to Eddie!!!
He went above call of duty to assist me with switching phones and he is exceptionally awesome at his job and Customer Service Skills!!! The world needs more Eddies and he should be awarded for it.
Rarely do I get this attention anymore… CS is not just taught, you are born with it… I worked in service most of my life(63) and I know a great employee when I encounter one…

I had a new Motorola 5G phone that had Straight Talk service. When Verizon bought out Straight Talk they said they could no longer get my NEW phone into the network. I went to the Cricket Store in Bunnell and the young man there, Kylon, had the phone unlocked and new service on it in record time. And sold me an awesome skull Bluetooth speaker as well! It says a lot about a company when they tell you they can't get your phone into the network, then lock it out. Unbelievable.. Thanks so much to Kylon and a professional reputable company.

Just wanted to leave review for Bunelle FL. Store. James is the absolute best and patient person! He was such a major assistant ro my self and my husband this past week on 2 separated occasions! Also there has never been a time that I visited any of your stores no matter location where the service was beyond excellence! Also want to give the young man Kaylon a 5 star review as well! ! He went beyond the call. Go Cricket! Your service is the best!!!!

Went in to this Bunnell, Fl store to get some help with my phone and was purchased previously at another Cricket store. The store manager, Philip was so kind and helpful and "listened" to what my concerns were. He fixed the problem, and had great customer service from him.I highly recommend this store for your Cricket store to shop. Store Manager and staff helpful. 5 Star Service!
