Sold me a car a Jeep Compass, without brakes after only two weeks of ownership and now it needs a new engine after barely owing it a year?? No way DO NOT get a car from here, they even charged me to fix the “no brakes” they sold me?!!!

After having no success in my home state for 3 MONTHS, I brought my car search to Florida for some family support. Being a single furloughed mom, I was on a limited budget to find my daughter a safe and reliable first car. Roman was amazing! Patient, understand, not pushy and never made me be feel like all I had to offer wasn't good enough. Roman stayed after hours to meet with me and even came back to the shop after family obligations. Roman arranged us to bring the vehicle to a nearby mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection and cooperated with the mechanic every step of the way. He went above and beyond and EXCEEDED the small brake pad job the mechanic suggested by replacing the brakes, rotors and giving the car an oil change. Roman was slightly negotiable to ensure I purchased the right car for my needs. He explained all the details of the paperwork thoroughly and ensured I understood the out-of-state buying process. We left with an amazing 2016 QUALITY Ford Escape for my daughter. Complete CarFax was provided showing one owner and no accidents. I drove the vehicle 10 hours home the next day and had not a single problem. Our family is truly thankful for the trustworthy care and quality vehicle we received from Roman and Flagler Auto and would absolutely direct loved ones to this family business!!!

We were looking for a good vehicle for our daughter. We found a 2015 Acura RDX here. Roman couldn't have been more helpful. He supplied the FULL CARFAX on the vehicle, and we were happy to see all of the recent services done based on the mileage. Roman allowed me full access to the vehicle and even allowed me to inspect the vehicle underneath. He understood our needs and helped this dad lookout for his daughter. We couldn't be happier! Amazing service. Roman is very respectfully and sincere with his customers. I really appreciate how he does not pressure you to buy a vehicle and provides you with all the information you request. Carfax report is available upon request and he goes over it with you. Selection of lot is always full and there are usually plenty of options to choose from. I appreciate an honest car sales man, and I am already in the process of purchasing another vehicle from them. 10/10
