Knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced this place has it all. I brought a mower in to be fixed and they not only fixed the problem but sharpened the blades and made sure all other parts were in working order. I will definitely use them again.

They serviced the equipment and replaced missing part well it seems but they wasn’t supposed to until the spoke with me first as I requested, so I could have decided whether to have it done or get another piece, and I could have advised them to not do the tune up and charge me for it because that had just been done the day before I brought to them, so I paid for something I had already done myself and instead of owning the mistake and apologizing he wished to argue and I made it clear I was not going to lose my patience with him, I just paid and went on my way, I would recommend they address communication issues and customer service

Needed my riding mower service. Went in was greeted by a nice young man. Took all info and they picked the mower up in a couple of days and returned in less than a week. Came back cleaner than I gave it to them. Will definitely be using there service down the road.

I just cut my very difficult yard, big lot with a large drain field bordered by a ditch, with the Scag 21" that I purchased earlier today. Half the time and half the effort as my old residential Honda & the cut quality was amazing. I was on the fence about spending that kind of money for homeowner use but after the test drive cutting along the ditch in front of the store I was sold. ?

My Toro 30’’ time master broke down. I called Flagler Power and asked if they were authorized to repair and they said yes, although they didn’t sell toro. Long story short, estimate was an hour Labor and parts, no more than $200. No paperwork was given to me. Two weeks later they called and said it was ready, $325!! This included two new mower blades, $80, I have two new ones that cost $35 for both. Then I find out they are not an authorized Toro dealer, and after not even 2 years of three year warranty, Toro wouldn’t cover costs. Flagler Power wouldn’t help me out at all with discounts or taking off blades, so I paid and left. My bad I guess. I’d like to note that I keep in my garage clean, got it back filthy, with leaves, dirt, and rust spots. Obviously in the two weeks they had it, the mower was left outside in the elements. They’re all about $$$, I’ll never go there again.
