“A terrific option for group fitness in the Palm Coast area! Smaller group means LOTS of dedicated coaching for different fitness levels. Follow @hourofpowerfit on Instagram for class schedule . I dropped in for their cardio and lift classes over two days and was breathless by the end! Thanks for some terrific group sweat!”

We rented a space here and it was such a great experience. Mrs. Robinson really helped make the entire process smooth and offered extra chairs and tables as needed. We so appreciate the accommodations and the atmosphere of the place. They offer so much for the community with the gym and different classes taught here. Will def be booking again soon.”

If I lived in Flagler County, I would sign up in a heartbeat. The vibes and energy here make a huge difference to the experience compared to a big box gym.”
