I went in there to trade in for a new phone and was pulled into plan over 120 some dollars for a piece of crap! JASON, who helped my friend get all this great stuff (NOT) COMPLETELY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A PERSON WHO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT TECHNOLOGY.
COMPLETE RIP OFF, DON'T GO THERE WHEN JASON'S WORKING BECAUSE HE'LL RIP YOU OFF!
Update: This store was located in Daytona. Not in Palm Coast.

Store has very bad customer relations. Called for a simple question that should have taken less than a minute to resolve. Was put on hold. Clerk never came back to phone after 15 minutes. No problem, he must be busy. I called about 20 minutes later, clerk answered the phone, put the phone on counter, same experience. Finally I hung up. Very disappointing.

Worst location and employees i have ever dealt with. Have been a customer for over 10 years and never had an issue. I was lied to and completely screwed over. My free phone was not free at all and my bill more than doubled. When i asked to just have them take the phone back and give me money back so i could just keep my old phone and pay the bill they refused.

So I went into the store to swap a device and cancel a line. was told it was done. It doesn't work. So I called Metro, of course they don't want you to cancel a line so they try everything they can to to make you keep it even though I have five.She just kept repeating over and over we just want you to be sure that you want to cancel that line cuz you'll lose the phone number. I said I'm positive I want to cancel the line I already have one that I'm not using now for a spare. She said you must call back in a month to verify that you want to cancel the line. This was the first time that I've had a problem with them, however if I tell you three times that I want to cancel the line that's pretty self-explanatory.
