Alex and MSI customs recently repaired my Subaru. They were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my concerns which seems rare nowadays. Alex quickly diagnosed the issues and even included photos of the parts in question. The pricing was upfront and honest and the job was performed in a timely manor. Came in to get my breaks changed on my 06 A4 and ended up getting both the rotors and breaks done for a really good price. Highly recommend, really good pricing, and quality work. It’s a really good business that puts the customer first and I felt that today with how roger explained to me on the problems I’m facing with the car and the maintenance I need to do to keep it running and in good condition, I will definitely be back and I highly recommend anyone with a Japanese or a Volkswagen car to come check out MSI Customs.Services: Brakes

I’m somewhat disabled and needed to safely get to the scooter carrier on the back of my RAV4.Roger and I discussed the problem and he made some suggestions. Awesome customization for my disabled mom's RAV4 :) She has a new RAV4 that she needed support handles installed around the outside of the car, she was trapped in her house unable to use her car without this. The dealership refused to do it, and other shops were not responsive to my contact requests. Roger was quick understand the issue and very willing to come up with a creative solution. The handles look great, my mom, (and whole family!), are very happy. Thanks SO much!

New to Flagler Beach coming from Montana with our beloved 1968 Beetle Convertible (Restored) that was in need of mechanical help. Our Little Beetle was in storage for 2 years and trailered 3k miles to find her place on the First Coast.Roger graciously helped us with our first problem, which was Carb and a Firing disorder. Spark plugs were loose.More problems arose with out generator and then it became apparent that Roger and his team could address further issues with our window alignment and Wingwindows. Roger was very patient knowing this little Beetle is the pride and joy of our family.We're now ready to drive the A1A with confidence and we'll be back for periodic maintenance. Great shop here along the North Coast of Florida. Glad we made the connection.Services: General repairs & maintenance
