My car caught on fire (not joking) and Saxon's Wrecker was the tow service on rotation with the Flagler Sheriff that day. I didn't have much interaction with the driver but it seemed fine. I had to go get my plate and items out of the car at the yard the other day and had the nicest interactions with Melissa and Don while there. I couldn't get into my trunk due to the battery being disconnected (and destroyed) and they went out of their way to help get it open for me. They were friendly, helpful, and responsive when I needed assistance after a crappy situation. I would recommend them if you ever need a towing service, and have heard by word of mouth that they are skilled and fair with their mechanic service. Highly recommend, and appreciate the great service they provided.

Integrity is not a core value here. SCUMThis place stole parts off my vehicle before delivering it to the auto repair facility. Parts worth in in excess of 10K. AVOID THIS COMPANY. And oddly this is the company the Flagler Police use.Service: Car towing

Super hi prices for towing. Broke parts on car towing took four days to fix. Left grease and dirt inside car and on body. Bad attitude no people skills.

If you have a car and it breaks down while you just happen to be in Bunnell Florida, do not call Saxon. My situation was different because my son who is incarcerated had his car stolen and taken to florida where it was found. Flagler county had my son car taken to Saxon and i had problems with these people for about a month. They are rude and unprofessional and who is really the owner? They wouldnt take my payment so i can have my son car shipped back to sc because the owner has to take the payment but for a whole month i never got to talk to a owner named Melissa. Saxon just wanted my son car for themselves and they didnt have the audacity to at least send the tag back to me or the dmv. I wouldnt trust these ppl far as i can see them. Whatever bad reviews you read on them, its true.
