Through hurricanes, heavy rain, and Florida heat, my unit has stayed completely dry, secure, and exactly as I left it. Staff are still friendly, helpful, and easy to work with—nothing but great experiences all these years.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars for Alamo Self Storage! Where do I even start with Alamo Self Storage? This 10x10 unit became my lifeline when my mom moved in with me due to some health challenges. We were like two peas in a pod, squeezing her treasures (and let’s be honest, a few questionable knick-knacks) into that unit with my stuff. Sadly, my mom passed away, and through that tough time, Alamo Self Storage was like the friendly neighbor you didn’t know you needed.
The staff? Absolute gems. They’re the kind of folks who’d probably help you move a couch *and* offer you a cold drink after. Every question I had—and trust me, I had plenty, from “Can I store this weird lamp?” to “How do I Tetris all this in here?”—was met with patience, a smile, and sometimes a chuckle. They made a stressful situation feel manageable, which is no small feat when you’re juggling life’s curveballs.
The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which is great because I’m not trying to star in a heist movie just to grab my mom’s old recipe books. Pricing for the 10x10 is fair, and I never felt nickel-and-dimed. Alamo’s team didn’t just provide a storage unit; they gave me peace of mind during a bittersweet chapter. If you need storage with a side of heart, Alamo’s your place.
