I did self install. The entire experience, starting with the website, initial contact with the company (ALWAYS GOT A PERSON ON THE PHONE WITH 1 KEYSTROKE!) discussions w sales person (thanks thomas) and insta Atin questions was exceptional! And the quality of the shutters and price are exceptional.
