Usually, it's not a bad, I am in and out in 15 min flat. It seems like lately with all the budget cuts going through, It is starting to show. I arrived at 1:00 pm and didn't leave till 2:,00 pm waiting in line for fifty-two minutes. What else could we expect with one associate working such a busy stiore. I have never had a problem with this post office. Everyone has been nice and helpful. Yes, sometimes it can be slow due to too few employees working but I have never had a problem waiting.

I never seen such a group of people so unwilling to help someone, when their profession requires them to work with the public. “I don’t know, I don’t live here.” I had to help the poor lady find what she was looking for myself. Find a new job if you’re so miserable.

Will not deliver packages from Amazon. I have had several packages not delivered with Amazon saying 'delivery attempted' and a note from USPS on the door saying 'Oversized package' for a normal, NOT OVERSIZED package. This has happened 3x in the last month, and more than 6x this year. When I went to the post office in Bunnell to retrieve what was clearly NOT an oversized package, the mail clerk explained that they are using personal cars to deliver all of the Amazon packages, and that they did not have room to carry all of the boxes they received, so they are literally giving customers 'oversized package' slips because they are unable to deliver the mail. When I pushed the issue, the clerk actually showed me the back room that was completely full- stacked floor to ceiling- with Amazon boxes. When I asked why they don't have proper mail trucks to deliver the boxes, he responded that they cannot get them because our Post Office is "too rural." I recommend avoiding shipping with USPS at all costs, and maybe even avoiding Amazon unless they can guarantee other shipping methods...unless you enjoy going to the post office every time you receive a package.

Was just at the post office and Robert Brothers who works the desk is a complete jerk. Went to submit passport applications for our children with my husband and he treated us like complete criminals and idiots because the children were not present with us. I have never been treated with such disrespect and I’m incredibly offended. He needs to be fired.

I came to Bunnell Post Office to mail a package while the office was still open with three or four minutes to spare till closing time. I was refused service and told to go to Flagler Beach or Palm Coast because I have a customs form and it takes them too long to put it in their system and they need to leave at 4:30 p.m. I think it is rude and inconsiderate considering they are a government entity backed by us folks who pay our taxes !!! Seems it is easier to pass us onto another town to do Bunnels work !!!

The four stars is for the gentleman with the white hair. The woman was crass and unforgiving. The man even interrupted her bc he realized she was being to rude. He was helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

1 clerk and a line of customers out the door. Very slow and not friendly at all. I recommend Palm Coast location.. They are super friendly and have plenty of staff to keep the line moving

The only USPS that will never have labels for you to fill out while you wait. Then get to the front ask for a label and get told to step to the side
