I am a regular customer with AutoZone, and other parts stores as well. But unfortunately, your location in Bushnell Florida fails to live up to the way the other stores in the area look or seem to run. I have lived in the Memphis area, and yes, I know things are most likely more detailed, but I have found stores in this area still live up to this standard, starting off with appearance, and when I say that it's not, the entire staff. From untucked shirts that are faded along with their pants and out of control hair, just sloppy I understand but it doesn't hold up to the image that I have seen. But the BIGGEST complaint or opportunity, is the Store Leadership, the store Manager. On many occasions I have witnessed her being rude and having an attitude with customers. I understand she is pregnant I believe, but it does not excuse her behavior. I have expressed my concern to other employees, but they say there is not anything they can do. Last Monday, 8/11/25, I was in the store and the manager, Karen, was being loud and rude in what appeared to be reprimanding a few employees on the sales floor near the front counter. There were other employees and multiple customers on the sales floor. I understand that sometimes people need to be addressed, but the manner and how it was done was not professional. Karen is very attitude driven and she does not know how to handle something if it is not going in her direction.

5+ Stars!! Came in to get supplies for an oil change and wiper blades. Ed wad so helpful and kind! He looked up all the products for us and made sure we were set up with everything we needed! He even installed the wipers on my car (as i have no idea how)!! He answered all our questions, and provided a service above and beyond what's called for!! He even took the time to teach me how to change the blades for next time! Thanks Ed! We will definitely be back for all our auto needs!!

I believe the company needs to have a team day where they learn to talk to their customers. Karen (the store manager) was checking me out and gave me a lot of attitude as well as told me my part was no longer under warranty because I warranty it out twice already. I don’t understand how my warranty can be voided depending on her day Even though the product is very noticeably defective multiple times. No longer wasting my time I don’t care if I have to pay extra, I will be going to Advanced auto. At least I know my limited lifetime warranty actually means something. her reasoning for it Being defective was because I didn’t get the heavy duty water pump. I bought the regular one. I i’ve replaced countless water pumps on half ton trucks. Last thing I need Is someone like her to rub off her bad day When she knows, I obviously don’t wanna be here getting another water pump. I’m not the first customer and I’m sure I won’t be the last.

Would not return a part that was warrantied for a year. Had to drive 70 mi round trip out of my way to take it back to store where I bought it so much for you can take it back to any AutoZone if you have your receipt. We know that's BS now

Had to walk out and go to a different auto store because this lady working there was giving me a attitude for no reason. Didn't catch her name but seemed like she was of a Mexican decent.
Based on other reviews, she needs to be fired.

Do not shop here! It’s so hot in the store that I started to sweat. I wouldn’t be surprised if an employee’s gotten heat stroke already. There’s another auto store down the same road, skip this one.

Went there twice and spent over two hundred dollars. My bad. I encountered the most rude and unhelpful cashier. When I asked her name, no kidding she answered Karen. Go to Advance. Very courteous and helpful. Got everything I needed. All in stock. If Karen’s boss cares to speak to me my number is in your computer.

Walked up around 8:54. Yes I know that’s close to closing but I knew exactly what part I needed and as I walked up the locked the door and smirked at me. Horrible customer service

Twice I've had to return items to this store and twice the same manager gave me a hard time (didn't get her name, but she was the manager on duty @ 4 pm on 3/22/25). The first was an aftermarket light bulb that due to a design flaw wouldn't go in the socket. She refunded the money, but accused me of trying to return a used part in the new part package (stealing). The second was a lifetime warranty water pump with a bad bearing and an obvious leak from the weep hole. The only business Autozone will get from me from now on will be the lifetime parts I've already bought.

The service in incredibly good. Very knowledgeable professionals. The lady that helped me replace my battery went above and beyond. She did further testing after she installed the battery. All at no extra charge at all, they really take pride in their work.
