ive been here a dozen times to try to pay my phone bill. the hours are posted on the door and on the website but no one is ever there.. gas is too expensive to be going places that say theyre open when theyre not

This place is terrible, I've had 4 years of issues coming to this store and I've had enough. From employees with no idea what they are doing to the store being closed when it is supposed to be open I am DONE. If you want good boost mobile customer service go to the Inverness location.

Horrible.. spent 8 hours there and spent $120.00 to switch to boost and phone never worked correctly from the beginning. So I was out a phone the money and still had to go buy at another place. Never returned my calls or answered . No refund or resolve to the issue. Straight jacked. I wouldn't recommend this place to a fish. Sad sad sad

Owner was on a personal call when u walked in the store. When he got off the phone he had an attitude. Told me he didn't have to help me. He's right. I won't be back.
