All Burger King's are now a sad representation of what they were many years ago. Their beef patty back in the day was thick and had great flame grilled flavor. Now the beef patty is ultra thin and has no flavor. Maybe cardboard taste if anything. The flame grill taste is no longer. This is all Burger Kings in the USA not just this one. If you ever tasted their great burgers of 20 years ago then you know. Their workers are great, it is their burgers that have been a disapointment for several years now.

Chicken wrap is terrible..they cut a chicken patty into three pieces and put 1 piece in the wrap and the taste is terrible..it worse than store frozen chicken patties

I usually go there for breakfast and have to ask them to please make fresh hashbrowns almost every time if I don’t they are hard as a rock. Well tonight I stopped by for some ghost pepper chicken fries and headed to work when I got there I reached into the bag to discover the chicken fries literally are unedible they are beyond hard as a rock I tried to take one bite and ended up throwing them away. This is why burger kings are shutting down left and right horrible food and service won’t be going back

I ordered 2 double cheese burgers with double the cheese.They only had one slice per patty...so clearly the help cannot hear nor transcribe.I said it 3 times- -" Make sure you put double the cheese."That means TWO slices per patty.Then,To top it off they were the DRIEST burgers even worse than McDonald's.MUCH EORSE THAN Wendy's.Burger King used to top all other fast food burger and fries.I'll never go there again.

I have been coming to the drive-through at this Burger King for about two years now. Recently, a new person started serving me in the mornings. Her name is Allison. I’ve seen her twice. The first time I ordered the two for five dollar S/E/C special she challenged me on the special asking me over and over. Do you have the coupon? I said no I’m looking at the screen. She finally rang it up correctly, and I got my food. Today she challenged me again finally rang it up correctly I get to the window and then give me one sausage egg, and cheese croissant. I went inside and said that this is the second time that she has challenged me on getting the special, and the manager Becca comes out and tells me that I should stop being rude to her manager, and that she’s the general manager and I said I’m just expressing dissatisfaction at the way I’ve been treated the last two times I just try to get the special. The manager then yelled at me and and stormed into the back of the store—anyone watching the film would see her throw her hands up into the air while yelling. Customer Service currently is terrible; before it’s been wonderful.

We keep trying to give this place our money! But their customer service is terrible! We waited in the drive thru for 10 & we were the only car there!Someone came across the spreader twice saying “ just a minute”. Finally we got tired of waiting & drove up to the first window! The young lady opens the window with a “how can I help you?” We explained that we had sat in the drive through for a long time & hadn’t even received any service . She told us to hold on & she walked away. Waiting another 4 minutes we drove forward to find all the employees huddle up with the heavyset female manager.Unbelievable! Burger King you need to do better, it sad that twice we have taken our business to your competitor!
