I Requested a spa pedi for $30. 30 minutes.
We started at 5:25 and we are finished at 5:45. That’s 20 minutes. It advertised for 30 minutes. My thing is if you are going to offer a service at a specific price provide that service. If you want to charge more charge more but provide what your menu offers.
Don’t be disgruntled if I pick the $30 pedi.
And do less than advertised.

I was impressed with the time that it took to complete my service. They were kind and inviting. However, I got a French tip and lot my paint was uneven and unbalanced. I'm not sure if i will give them a second try. They charged $55 for french tip but the girl i usually go to wasn't available charges me $40

Not impressed. More of a "fake nails" application store. Staff: not so friendly. Prices are pretty universal.

Worst experience ever ... I am new to the area and really wanted my nails done for an event later that day.
The nail tech for the pedicure was distracted with watching TV and she cut my toenails deep into the sides on both of my big toes. It hurt so bad and she chuckled saying I was sensitive! They were slightly red within an hour … but I thought it was just from the pain.
Not to mention there are two different pedicures but I wasn’t told that prior to beginning. BE SURE TO ASK FOR PRICING!
I asked how long it would take to just do polish for my fingernails because I now was in a time crunch ... she said 10 minutes but it was over 30!
Well … 36 hours later: my toes are RED and still hurt to the point it is difficult to walk.

This was the last experience we will have at Bushnell Nails. And we've been coming for years. I've had pedicures my whole life. This was the worst. What was supposed to be a 55 minute spa experience with extra masage turned into an extra slow pedi with barely a leg rub. I paid $70 to sit for almost 2 hours total, bonus was no a/c. The girl did not know how to remove gel properly, had no process and struggled applying the gel at the end. Everything she did, i could've done at home but faster. Horrible experience. After an hour and 20 minutes, she still was not done. (The rest of that was wait time)
I asked her to please stop so i could leave.
The biggest mistake i made, i paid.
They offered me $20 off my next visit. There will not be a next visit.
There's much nicer, cooler and cleaner places that will be worth the drive for.
I dont believe this girl was licensed.
Requested style: They need ro discloe their $15 extra for gel when a customer asks fornit
Specialties: I requested the $55 volcano pedi thats supposwd ronhave extra massage. I received less massage than ever. Did not get my moneys worth.
Cleanliness: I'm not comfortable with them re-using nail files customer to customer.
There was no A/C. If there was, it wasnt cool at all. Too much to pay for a long, hot inexperienced pedicure

They were not forth right with pricing. The woman who did my nails did an ok job she did not lotion my hands or pull back skin and clean off excess polish. After I was sent to wash my hands some one else was sitting where I was sitting. I felt rushed

I went in for a pedicure. As soon as I told them I was there for a pedicure, I was told to pick my color. I picked my color and was greeted quickly with a chair. They were very friendly. I was given a price card to select my pedicure preference. I chose the lowest price option. $45.00. I had a very nice pedicure. When I went to pay, I was told it was $60.00. $15.00 for the polish. This information was not disclosed to me and was not mentioned until I went to pay. This in my opinion is wrong.
