“I have been going to Hart Athletics for a little over six months and attend the semi-private training classes. I will be 53 this month and feel stronger than ever. The gym sessions are great but they also provided me with at- home workouts and stretching routines in my app as well. Anything I ask, they provide. I would not look and feel the way I do if I was trying to do this on my own. It is their guidance and encouragement that has made me so successful in reaching my fitness goals! I can't wait to see my progress in the next six months!”
