Dan was a lot of help. Was thinking of switching banks for awhile because of problems I’ve had at other Regions but when you meet people like this you know find out that not all branches are the same! Thanks for the help.

Every time I go to this bank they try to make me their priority. I have done business with them since 2006. They have helped me with little loans and big ones as well as other stuff. I am grateful they are here!

Whenever I stop in I always receive a pleasent Greeting and quick service. I've always found everyone knowledgeable and very helpful whether it be opening a new account or just making a deposit. I feel comfortable and "at home" when I go in.

I recently opened an account online was told I had to go to the bushnell bank to verify my address I did and was able to get 2 of my paychecks deposited before going to buy my stepson flowers to out on his memorial for his 25th bday first one without him and my card declined so i call and was told my account is now locked and I have to verify my address again!!when I was ensured I had done everything I needed and that I would have no issues with my account having my card declined knowing I had the funds just embarrassing! I called and seems Noone can help me !! Only star because wouldn't let Me submit no stars

I have been a customer of Regions bank for years and have never had any issues with them.They have always been kind and very helpful in every way.I trust Regions bank with my money. They also helped me recover my money when I was a victim of identity theft.I appreciate what they do.

It’s never a good experience. The lady constantly looks miserable and treats customers the same way. She should never be put near customers and no one ever answers the phone. Good luck trying to call.

!!! THIEVES !!! LIARS !!! RUDE !!! INCOMPETENT !!!best sums up the Bushnell branch since Dan the new manager got there. I was a long-time customer of over 20 years in a town of less than 2500. My local 'personal banker' should know me. Over one million dollars have passed through my Regions accounts. There have been hundreds of dollars in errors in my accounts for the past six months, totaling thousands over the years. Sometimes to my advantage as at times, other customer's money was wrongly credited to my account. Often my balances would fluctuate inexplicably. Several of my accounts were mistakenly and arbitrarily closed. Now, because I foolishly opted for paperless banking, there is no paper trail. Regions Bank 'lost' them. How convenient. This last time, it took six months to finally get MY OWN money returned to me. Dan, 'my local, personal banker' was useless and actively worked against my interests. He intentionally had the remaining balance check sent to an address he knew to be incorrect. I was a loyal Region's customer for 20+ years, now moving on to a local competitor offering a $200 new account incentive. I should've been an @$$hole sooner. Regions Bank still owes me hundreds. !!! DON'T TRUST REGIONS BANK !!!
