I switched from cvs to safe script about 5 months ago. Best choice ever .Then staff is great and very family friendly . I love the people and the drug store. Thanks to all of you for being so sweet and understanding all the time.

They sent me prescriptions that I canceled when they moved from Wildwood. I am now going to report them to my medical provider. They caused a big problem for me. I don't know who authorized it.

This place has no values when it comes to being a company. As a former employee of a company who used to deal with Safe Script regularly, I can tell you that Safe Script illegally double-dipped on insurance companies. They would tell patients that the insurance companies weren't covering their medications (even if a Prior Authorization was approved), charge the patient the cash price for the medication, and then turn around and submit the same medication to the insurance to get the insurance to pay them as well. They also tried to process patient's medications to their insurance companies long after the patient changed pharmacies.

Beware of this pharmacy. The pharmacy will hold your medication hostage if you refuse any medication your doctor ordered, even if the new medication your doctor ordered makes you ill. This pharmacy does not care about your health as much as they care about strong arming you into buying medications you don't want or need. My doctor ordered a medication with 2 refills as take as needed, but the pharmacy said I had to buy ALL medications doctor ordered even if I did not need them because I didn't use all the medication from just last month. When I refused the medication the pharmacy said they couldn't not sale me the rest of my medication like blood pressure medication and pain medication. Pharmacy doesn't care if you live or die as long as they get their money. I don't need a pharmacy that doesn't care about a patients health.

I cannot say enough good about Smit and Kourtney they go over and above in making sure your prescription is correct and ready when promised. I truly appreciate the one on one attention you receive compared to the non caring you get from Walmart and CVS. Hope to be a customer for a long time I really look forward to my visits at Safe Script Bushnell...
