Absolutely abhorrent service. I had deputies called on me, because I wanted my package and asked how I could get it. 😂 These people are immature and aren't even qualified to be Walmart Greeters.
The Post Master is also a real piece of work, imagine telling me that I'm interrupting you over the phone when you're in the wrong 💀, absolute fruit cake, disrespectful, and I wouldn't pay him to scrape gum off of sidewalks. For fear he couldn't even do that correctly.
Horrible Manager = Horrible Workers, simple math.

DO NOT BEND. Very difficult concept for the Bushnell Post Office. Not only did they ruin my Navy Achievement Medal a few years ago, they also ruined my recent certification that came in the mail. Good job guys you're extremely lucky you work for the government. That's the perfect place for incompetent fools.

Few days before Mother's Day I mailed a small package with a stuffed animal and a Mother's Day card that I needed postage for. She received the package with the stuffed animal within 3 days. However her mother's day card took over a month to get to her in Georgia where the stuffed animal also went. Today I decided to go into the post office and inquire as to why this is now the third time something like this has happened. Gabriel, who seemed to have a very poor approach in his way of talking to customers. Explained that unless I had a tracking number... he could not help me. So then I felt compelled to ask him the question... 3X... So are you telling me that I now need a tracking number to mail any envelope? Each of the three times I asked him this question his answer was, ... "I don't know". I pointed to the logo on his shirt and asked him if he worked at the post office? He said he did. I asked then how is it you don't know anything? Then I asked him for a phone number as to speak with upper management. He gave me a business card for a Mr Davis whose number just rings, and has yet to set up a voicemail. Probably because he's tired of taking complaints. I should not have to go to another counties post office to get my mail mailed properly in a timely manner.
They need to Level up!

Mail pickup in Bushnell, Fl, I recently had surgery and couldn't get to the Post Office where I usually take my mail and drop myself due to poor service so I took the chance of placing it in my mailbox with the flag up and our mail person has driven by now 5 days including Sunday and the mail still sits in the mailbox with the flag up, very dependable NOT !!! I so miss Chris our former mailman he was awesome, sorry Mom your Mother's Day Card will be late due to lack of service... I had to choose 1 star otherwise I would of given a thumb down.

Two of the female clerks who work here are horrible. One of them refused to serve me and forced me to leave when I was in the post office filling out my forms. I am disabled and have only one hand, so I am slow. I was there yesterday and this red-headed clerk and her buddy were so rude that I had trouble believing they were in positions allegedly serving the public. I have a PO box there, but I think I need to move.

Have had issues with this post office on several occasions! They change drivers and packages hasn't been delivered and their excuse is it's a new driver! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES! It's not my issue and shouldn't be my issue to receive my package! Management is terrible!

I am waiting for a package and because of the ineptness if the post office here in Bushnell. FL I have given up all hope of ever seeing it. The tracking said it was delivered. Where? I have no idea. They refuse to take any responsibility. So, I have to reorder and pay for something I never received.

I have a Bushnell address but when I need to mail something I will go out of my way to avoid this post office. One lady in there, she has thin long hair, is rude. No customer service at all. Always a sour lemon face. Before I stopped going there I noticed other customers reacting to her and not in a positive way. She acts like it’s a chore to answer a simple question. Work on your customer service skills lady!!!!

I utilize the Bushnell branch on average 2-3 x per week and have done so for 8 months. This is the best post office I have ever experienced. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. All of the staff seem to have a great attitude, seem to genuinely enjoy each other and are always helpful. Ms. Cynthia does an amazing and thorough job with the cleanliness and appearance of this branch. I have zero complaints and am grateful it’s so close to my home.
