My daughter's car had a screw in the tire causing a slow leak. I called to have an appointment set up for it to get fixed because I did not want to put a tire plug in it. The gentleman told me to bring it on in and I will take care of it. So my grandson took it in and they fix the tire the way I wanted it without putting a plug in it. He had fast and courteous service.

These people don’t care. Had right rear tire removed a few months ago to remove a nail. Just recently discovered inside of tire had separated and steel cord was exposed. Instead of trying to risk driving it to Callahan Tire I attempted to remove it and bring it in. Could NOT remove any lug nuts, even using a 1/2 “ breaker bar and sledgehammer.
After risking the drive the owner said 4 nuts came off ( yeah with an impact gun ) but the 5th one was spinning the stud! They stripped it the nuts were so over torqued!
Got car home and tried to remove lug nuts, again severely over tightened and was unable to remove any. Guess I’m screwed if I have a flat on the side of the road.
The owner REFUSES to admit screw up. These people DO NOT CARE !

Had a couple lawn mower tires to swap out and they had a young man run outside to check it out. He went back in the front office and came right back out to jump right into it. Each tire only took him about 13 minutes. This was during the peak busy hours on a Thursday afternoon. Great service.

Ordered tires to be put on my truck, paid to have them mounted and balanced. Come to find out they were never balanced. Had my truck at Mavis in yulee to be aligned and they point out there were no weights on 3 of the 4 wheels and the ones that were on it were old. Be sure to check thier work before you leave if you go to callahan lube and tire.

Fast friendly service. They can order most anything and have it there that day, if not the next day for sure. I've dealt mostly with tires from them they do offer some repairs. Prices have always been reasonable services always been fast and reliable some of the tire guys have been there for years and know what they're doing. They'll make suggestions or do whatever you ask either way they're fine. They service what they sell, anytime I've ever had a problem and come back in a reasonable amount of time they've made it good so they stand behind their work and products.

I have been treated like family by these people for 20 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. If I need a tire on a Friday night I'm waiting till Monday morning to talk to Buddy. Quick and efficient oil change, tire change, and tire repairs. They've always charged reasonably and with top-notch service!
