By far the worst shopping experience ever. My year old would make a better supervisor or employee. They all think they are above the customer. Rude, act like my time doesn't mean anything. I guess it's more important to gossip and listen to iPods then get work done. Fire them all and start over

The poorest service coupled with rude employees with a sense ofsuperiority make this location lower then flea fecies. Definitely the manager should look into another line of work. Bouncer maybe #do better #don't shop dollar general

This store is in a convenient location for us in the Ratliff area. When first opened it was a great store but as time went by it is so cluttered you can't get down the aisles. When they recently went to Self-checkout that finished it for me. I am disabled and have a difficult time checking out; besides I don't work there and refuse to be cashier without pay or benefits. This store is no super center and if you can't stock your shelves in a timely manner, get someone in there that can do that. Sorry but Dollar General has lost my business.

Usually a pleasant experience in the store. The store is well kept and stocked. The landscaping outside, on the other hand, is atrocious. Overgrown grass, weeds, and trash everywhere. Definitely needs to be corrected.

lazy, fat slots working here beed tk be fired and replaced with employees who can open the store at a decent time so that actually decent people who don't just fail through life can shop before noon.

Store a mess. No staff to check you out and some stores staff doesn’t wear shirts to identify them as staff. Had to walk out and leave my cart the other day because staff was to busy smoking to check anyone out

Dollar General is my go to place for household cleaning products. I find them to have the best value for all cleaning items for your home. They also have an app where you can get additional savings.

Absolutely worst place. One bathroom is broke down. They refuse to let you use the other. Normally you have one rest room it becomes unisex. Also they don’t have nothing stocked. It all sits in bins on the end of the isles.

I was at the dollar general in the Walnut plaza in new Braunfels today and I was so impressed at how clean and well organized their store was. The employees were super friendly and made the visit so nice. There was no complaining about long lines or not having certain items. Thank you and I look forward to shopping here again.

I will drive out to this Dollar General rather than the one closest to me because of its cleanliness and how helpful and friendly its workers are. They are always alert to their customers and will point out if there is a special item they just stocked. It's rare these days to go someplace and find an entire store of employees who genuinely enjoy their jobs. I appreciate that and I'll go out of my way to shop there.

Sam and Harley are always helpful! This location is a good size and has way more options on products than the store in town. I shop here a lot and I rarely have issues and if I do they are resolved easily. Its always well kept and clean. Please remember Dollar General employees work hard and to be kind!
