I touch a water hose back at State Rd 200 Callahan FL.The manager came up to see if is was ok . She left I was talking to the man giving me a refund and the water hose had a little bit of grease on in from me working on my car. She came back and looked at it again and said that the water hose was old I looked at her and asked her if she thinks am trying to bring back a old hose . She tuck the end of the hose and stuck it in my face about 2 inches from my eyes and said no they sent me a old hose. And said that I was being a dick.this happen to Day I will never go back to that store

Has 5 for 5 sticker on the pepsi. Check out and rung up a $2.75 a piece. Cashier looked at the sticker and he noted they are on the Pepsi but said they're not for the pepsis they just make them put them there. And continue to leave the sticker there. 🙄

The store is great but need to keep your beer cooler better stocked with all kinds of beer you sell. Nobody wants to keep buying Hot beer. That part is always empty. Lots of 4 packs, but I would need a box of beer, ya know, a 15 pack works better. Thank you for your assistance in this matter 😊

Bad People. MANAGEMENT very rude,cussed me out because I asked where Gatorade was and she didn't hear me so I said it louder and she said get out,calling the law and cussed me. I am a senior with extreme pain and you could not get to anything because of being blocked. Very nasty,vile ,hateful woman who claimed it was her store. Never again.

On June 14th 2024 at 6:55 p.m. Mr Caleb, didn't even say hello or even when I said thank you he still didn't say anything. If you don't like your job quit. Customer Service goes a long way.

This is the third time I tried to use the $5 off coupon. The cash register doesn’t recognize it. Today it crashed the system and had to be rebooted. I wasn’t able to make my purchase.There never seems to be enough help at this store and the aisles are always full of carts of unshelved merchandise.

Went in today to grab a few small things I needed only 3 people working and they weren't even paying attention to the counter at all.. no cash payments could be taken and you could only use self check out for debit. The old man behind me asked the older lady with red curly hair working here what happens if he needed cigarettes making a joke that he'll grab them himself well she proceeded to get an attitude with the man and saying that he would have to go find one of the workers to get them for him. She was beyond rude to the people behind me and didn't care about blaming other people for why no one was watching the front
