TERRIBLE.They just cancel your order. They don't update their inventory because they had none of the items in stock. They don't even call you to let you know. They had absolutely no remorse, and didn't even apologize for wasting time. They had obviously canceled multiple orders because they asked me if I was someone else when I called. Just unprofessional.

After working with every location in town, choose another. Not a good experience getting warranty parts.Drove to the store, identified the part needed by specifically looking at the ones available, requested it be tagged for pick up for another store. Confirmed everything with the other location (who flawless executed the same thing).They sent the wrong part. Of the two they had. They sent the wrong one. Even though I had earlier in the day gone in person to assure this wouldn't happen.Come installation day, I had to drive the additional 25 minutes to repurchase my $120 part (not under warranty replacement) because of the mistep. It will be dealt with later.Sad because the employees seem nice.Only reason for the stars.

went in to buy some cleaning supplies for my car and I knew what I needed but the guy behind the counter insisted on asking me what I needed help with and began rushing me to pick my supplies even though I was just comparing two sets of detailing wipes... anyways I had all my stuff that I need probably came up to about 30 bucks but the same guy(bald dark skinned guy) would not ring me up due to the fact that I tried paying with a hundred dollar bill.... he started making up all kinds of excuses of why he can't take it didn't even try.... told me everyone uses a card these days and they don't carry change.... it was around 5pm so you would think they had change but no he insisted and insisted that there was NO CHANGE.. terrible customer service I would just drive an extra mile go to AutoZone cz this place SUCKSS

This place needs to realize that when there are 6 or more customers in line, all the help in the backroom should come out and help. We could hear all the employees in the backroom talking. The poor lady out front was overwhelmed and went back 3 times asking for help! She was so nice through it all. We waited over 20 minutes before anyone came out to help. The counter lady had to ask one of the other customers to help her get a battery off the rack the customer needed. What a mess. It was my first visit and I will not go back. When we were finally checked out by the nice lady, she kept her cool the whole time but I could tell how overwhelmed and frustrated she was and then 4 other employees came out of the backroom to help. By this time the waiting line was out the door!

Needed spark plugs today came here today and David A. asked me what I wanted to pay for them? then tells me there starting off at 8 to 9 dollars. I tell him that I was quoted cheaper over the phone so he scrolls down and says here’s some for 4.98 well he only has four so he then tells me he has some for 2.99 ?MORAL OF THE STORY IS YOU TRYING GO GET OVER ON SOMEONE FOR A FEW BUCKS MAKES ME NOT WANT TO COME BACK TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT! Do better David!

I don't know why I keep goin here they never have my part in stock and its always overpriced.If they keep raising prices people won't buy its simple math.....Not to mention they look at u and act like they are busy doin something else instead of helping u.

I placed an order online. Arrived at the store to pick up the order, staff was totally disinterested in helping any customer they were just too busy having fun with was finally helped by a totally clueless person. He didn't know the difference between an air filter and a receiver dryer literally I'm not kidding. I was in the store for close to 45 minutes while they looked for my order.
