“Malium HELPED ME RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS! my check is pending in my account on christmas eve. So I went to the branch on tyndall to see if there was anyway I could have them push it through to do the rest of my shopping. Malium actually took the time to see if it was possible. I originally went to the branch on 23rd and was told nothing could be done, I would have to wait until friday. Which If I really had to wait till friday then thats what it would of been. But the fact there was no effort on there end to try to help especially if I bank with you all was very disappointing. I will not be going to Tyndall on 23rd any longer for any services. Tyndall on Tyndall Pkwy is the reason why I will continue to bank with Tyndall because of there customer service! I greatly appreciate the effort. And thats all I was looking for was professionalism and effort!”
