Heather Turner was great! She was friendly, super fast and made sure I understood the process of the refund advance and if/ when I would know more of my approval. It only took 30 minutes from the time I got there till the time I left.

Mrs. Debbie was my tax preparer, she was so nice and VERY informative to all my question but what I liked the most about my time with her was that it wasn’t just about getting my taxes filed she also had conversations with us about life and kids, she made my visit enjoyable… definitely would go back to see her next year thank you

Mrs. Debbie ivy is amazing I won’t see anyone else. She has help my husband’s family for over 20 years she is an amazing women I love sitting there and talking to her she is awesome and she is the only one we will see thank you mrs. Debbie for everything you do for us.

I scheduled an appointment for 4:00 p.m. today and when I got there nobody was there the doors were locked I tried calling the phone number multiple times and even tried to call the other Jackson Hewitt in the area and still no answer I am extremely disappointed because I drove an hour to get here I have filed with them for the past 2 years but after this I think I'll be filing somewhere else this year.

Selina and all the staff made my experience smooth and easy . They are efficient and really understand the tax law . If you haven’t tried Jackson Hewitt yet you should give them a call and make the appt . Happy tax day for me is over ?
