In the store there is a girl who speaks English and Spanish, I know it is not mandatory but she was rude by hiding just because an older adult needed help in Spanish. I think she is not sufficiently qualified to deal with this. This is disgusting.

Company has actually excellent service however the store itself sucks bad I called 20 times before somebody finally picked up the phone they kept switching me to fax machine I'm disabled kind of hard to get out...but I guess I will make an exciption ridiculous I called for over 2 hours had to drive up here to the store there is individual standing around doing nothing one was actually waiting on a customer kind of halfway ..he left then came back guess they forgot to activate ... it's funny to put people on hold or hang up on them really terrible service great company service.. terrible store they really need to hire some people who actually work and not stand around wasting time I imagine their sales are going out of the roof especially on Saturday August 6th 2023..at 12:30..till 1:30...dang..no wonder peeps go postal..lol..

I might just be a little paranoid but it seems like every time I'll come to the Metro on Tyndall Parkway, it's like they're always trying to get over on you. But when I go to the one on 15th Street they do their best to help you out

Ok store, employees are not customer service focused. Kinda acted like they were in pain to be there. No knowledge at all about the products in the store. But I still thanked them and hoped their day got better.

They hacked my phone I have problems with my phone all the time I belong with Metro my metro I do not belong with Metro by T-Mobile and they can't get it through their heads they interrupt my phone all the time

I prepay my bill 2-6 monthsIn advance,every payment.Lately My Metro app is not giving me accurate information on my account.Taking all my payment under " pending" .
