“This is the best T mobile store I have ever worked with. The whole crew was very patient with me and made sure I left with a great rate and discount. I have been with t mobile for 12 years and have never ran into a group of experts that put the customer first. I will come back with any problems. Every one of these experts act like owners and are very professional.”

“This store: ED; Reg.Mgr. & SHANE; Mgr. went well beyond any requirements expected of them to assist me on issues left undone by AT&T agents who sold me a phone which I could not function effectively with and just sent me out of their sales store with a new iPhone 13 I could ONLY make and receive calls on and, without exerting any efforts, whatsoever, to correct the problem by transferring all my Data (contacts, photos, web sites like Facebook, etc.) from my old iPhone to the new one. Instead, the AT&T agents repeatedly bounced me around, back and forth, from their store to Best Buy’s to iPhone tech support and to AT&T tech support for two (2) weeks - ALL who, incidentally, claimed that my Data could Not be transferred because I had lost my phone number, which was recycled, on the old phone and because of same there was no way for me to verify my identity in verification requests sent to the old phone number by the wireless service provider(s). Consequently, AT&T agents told me that my only option of resolve was to just bring back the new iPhone 13 and credit the monies spent on it to the old iPhone so as to begin wireless service on it - that is, if the old phone was unlocked by Cricket Wireless or have Cricket “unlock” it in the event it was locked. Based on such suggestions, and due to the overwhelming frustrations experienced, I decided that may be my best choice. I went home, got the old phone and went back to the AT&T Store only to discover and learn the old phone was, in fact, “locked” for a mere 16 more days. Subsequently, the AT&T Store management sent me back to Best Buy’s and to the Cricket Store to ask that the phone be unlocked. Best Buy’s could not do it. Then, I went to the Cricket Store across the street on 23rd St. in effort to find ED the Regional Mgr. to seek his help to unlock the old phone. He was not available but the employees at that Store were kind enough to take my name and number to pass on the him along with the reason for seeking ED, the Regional Manager for Cricket Wireless and Shane, the Manager at this Callaway, Florida, Cricket Store, did for me what neither AT&T representatives and agents at the AT&T Corporate Store, at Hwy 77, orBest Buy Geek Squad at Panama City, Florida could and certainly should have done, as well as what both AT&T Tech Support and Apple agents and representatives could and certainly should have done.In essence, Ed, Regional Mgr. for Cricket Wireless is, in fact, a exceedingly valuable asset to Cricket but, more importantly, he is a much more valuable asset to human kind because of the hugely generous and caring heart he has for his fellow neighbors- such characteristic is hard to find in our contemporary world and strongly resembles the virtues and love reflected in our Creators book.”
