“The owner of the store was working and extremely knowledgeable with the phones and the technology and then also setting up the new phone. I’m saving about $30 a month compared to my Verizon account that I just canceled after 20 years. Don’t be afraid to dump Verizon, Total wireless is amazing.”
“We recently upgraded our phones and instead of getting our phones delivered via mail we chose to pick it up at the store. We waited less than two minutes. They started the data transfer for us and helped get us set up on our new phones. The rep was very helpful and highly recommend.”
