“You guys were definitely good, and im super glad my xbox came back all good. I was nervous to take anything to a shop and let someone touch it. However, your intake guy is great and all that and im not dogging him, please do not take it bad. When i handed him my heavy gaming laptop, he placed it bridged across those 3 metal retail racks youve got right there on the wall behind the counter. Specifically at the side with the folding table and the monitor in the custoner area, not the side with the glass case with the consoles in it. Now, my laptop wasnt damaged or anything, and im not mad, but it did make me pretty nervous. That is definitely not the standard way to handle such a device. It might be 6 years old, but a new one of these is still over $1,000 USD. I just expected it to be handled a little more gingerly than it was, is all. The guys here cleaned up my launch era series X and ive been playing again wuth no issues or damage, and it only vost me 60 dollars. So, they are still pretty good. I just didnt like how my laptop got handled, but i mean nobody is perfect either.”
