Ian and his team did a GREAT job helping me! We broke down early on a Sunday morning and they were able to get us in and diagnose the problem. It was a BIG problem but they worked quickly and did great work. The mechanic assigned (I’m sorry I forgot your name) worked hard and even let my kids come see what he was doing. It’s times like these that are extra stressful traveling with multiple kids and without your husband especially when you know nothing about cars. They made me feel so much better and took great care of us! Thank you!!!

Best shop on Tyndall Parkway! Mike and his guys got my alignment straightened out after a previous shop messed it up. They are very professional and great people to deal with.

I had an appointment yesterday for a front brake service and they were busy. Original I was told it would be several hours before they could get to my vehicle but as it turned out it was a little over an hour and they were done. I was extremely pleased with this and expressed how appreciative I was with the quick response. Great work guys!

This PepBoys in particular has been the best local car servicing place I've used throughout Panama City. It's SIGNIFICANTLY more affordable than any other place for labor, and they don't try to make you spend extra on unnecessary services so they can get more money out of you which I greatly appreciate.

These guys got it going on. I walked in and there were 3 people ahead of me. The gentleman working behind the counter was very busy with another customer and asked me what I needed and took care of getting me all set up for service while never missing a beat with what he was already working on. He was so busy but made me feel like I was the only customer. My vehicle was fixed in no time and I'm back on the road. I'm so happy with how I was treated and taken care of. Thank you Ian. You rock. Great service.
