The equipment is always in working order and is best-in-class, including all kinds of weights, machines, step masters, and treadmills. The staff are always wonderful, friendly, outgoing, and respectful, ready to assist and provide excellent customer service. They care about anything brought to their attention and will direct members to proper equipment and instruct them on how to use it safely. The gym offers amenities like tanning beds, massage beds and chairs, and showers. Certain times can be much more crowded than others. Overall, it is a highly recommended place to build strength at your own pace in a Judgement Free Zone.
