I’d like to know why this bank charges a customer whose client banks there for checks cashed. I have a client that pays me in a check. Unfortunately my bank is not open on Saturday and I get a check from her on Friday. It’s too late to cash. If I go to regions bank, they charge me money for every $50 to cash a check. And I guarantee you this client has a lot of money and does business with you and you do not need to be charging people to cash a check. Bad business.

I’ve been using region bank since 2007 and Callaway branch never have a manager on duty every time I call manager not available manager and call and there is no controlling this branch

Cnase Bank gave splendid service for years...nearest branch is 9o miles away. . Researched Regions, seemed to be the best candidate...got on board, going on 90 days, without a glitch . My new financial institution..5 stars from my perspective...never use the term.. a no Brainerd...it best describes my Regions relationship..

Went to get HELOC and was approved. Went through entire process of appraisal, and every other thing they requested all the way up to oh we will be closing next week. Then I get a phone call saying ohh there is a lien on your property. Come to find out it’s an expired mechanic lien! Called the local court house, and several attorneys and get the same answer that the lien is no good per Florida statute. My biggest frustration isn’t that they wouldn’t do the loan it’s that they drug this out for 2 months before telling me this. Went to another local credit union and was approved and closed on HELOC within 30 days. Very disappointed with the process with regions. Last email that was sent to the loan originator was unanswered.

The Absolute Worst Possible Bank You Could Goto In Florida. Possibly in the United States of America. You would better off banking with a crack dealer. This place has screwed up depositing my check not once but approximately about 8 TIME IN THE LAST 4 YEARS!!!!!!! EVERTIME IT HAS TAKEN OVER A WEEK FOR THEM TO FIX THEIR SCREW UP. Trash Bank. Trash Employees. Save yourself time and heartache. Go anywhere for the love of God any bank but here. You will be disappointed.

This is the slowest bank I’ve ever been to. Regions is always a tad slower than my other banks but this particular branch is like nothing I’ve ever seen before.

54 mins to cash a government check. Absolutely no one in waiting room. Ridiculous. Every single Regions bank is like this! Sick of Banking here! Absolutely non sense!!!

If I could give Regions a negative rating, I would. Absolutely worst service ever and I don’t even care enough to write why. All I need is two checks from three years ago and they can’t seem to help.

I want to thank Tracy and Katherine for helping me get through a devastating fraud against my account. Though there were some errors on a couple of regions staff from different locations, Katherine and Tracy worked through it and cleared my account to good standing. What a peace I got walking away from Katherines office. She took the responsibility in her position to take care of me. No words to express my gratitude and she should be acknowledged for her professionalism. God bless Katherine and Tracy
