Incredibly rude techs here. Three times I have been talked to like a dog and hung up on by a you g lady that the pharmacist identifies as Keke. There is no one wearing a badge named Keke in this pharmacy. It took me asking multiple time to get the actual name Kiara. Management has been made aware of these issues on all 3 occasions and it seems to me that the pharmacist is covering for her bad employee by fighting to not give a proper name. This pharmacy also has repeatedly autofilled prescriptions when told not to. Do better Walmart.

They don't support military that is why I don't use them at all. They are not even my backup pharmacy.

Love getting my prescriptions here. Very fast and efficient. Lady pharmacist did not catch her name is excellent. Love able to get my vaccines in a private area. Great service! Also just moving here they got all my prescriptions transferred immediately. Highly reccomend!

The employees are rude, and always act like you're an inconvenience to them. They rarely have the medication ready as it should be, even when it is put in advance. If you have to pick up medication for your significant other, be prepared for them to be condescending, and to look at you like you're doing something wrong.I've had this same experience about ten times now, to the point I would rather use any other pharmacy. Perhaps if you choose to work with the public you should have a better attitude. The people who come here just need their medication, not your attitudes.

Love the employees at the Callaway Walmart Pharmacy. Even when they're busy or "understaffed" like every business is, they don't rush you, they smile and actually make you feel like they want your business. After taking verbal abuse and and total rudness from Callaway CVS, it's so nice to deal with wonderful customer service. The pharmacist spent extended time with me explaining new medicine and the tech at the front counter was very patient. If I could give them more stars I would.

Their customer service experience was highly disappointing. When I called to inquire about my prescription, the initial person who answered had a strong accent and identified themselves as a Walmart pharmacy employee. After requesting that I hold, they left me waiting for a frustrating 12 minutes. I decided to call again, only to have another representative answer in the same manner and place me on hold for an additional five minutes. On my third attempt, I encountered the same scenario and expressed my frustration, stating that I couldn't wait any longer. The response I received was far from satisfactory – the representative acknowledged my repeated calls but attributed the delay to their extreme busyness. This lack of responsiveness and understanding was a clear indication of subpar customer service. When the representative asked how they could assist me, I decided it wasn't worth pursuing any further. Consequently, I have no intention of returning to this Walmart location due to their inadequately trained customer service team.

After an extremely unpleasant experience at CVS TYNDALL PARKWAY, I asked my doctor to send my prescriptions to Walmart, they DID take my insurance. I called to check and the tech was patient, it was Saturday and they were BUSY. The tech said the pharmacist needed to talk to me. She spent at least 15 minutes trying to get my insurance to go through, then the tech did get it settled. Not once did they act like I was a bother to them. It was Saturday, I can just imagine how busy they were. My medicine was ready in under 2 hours. Way, way cheaper than CVS also!! They were at closing and busy, still, everyone was NICE. The pharmacist asked questions, stayed kind throughout. She was much busier than Mr. RUDE at CVS, she still took time to be kind. I know it's hectic, but a kind word goes a long way. Thank you Walmart Pharmacy, Tyndall Parkway!

Most of the time the staff is excellent and professional. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the pharmacy tech that works on Sundays. If Tuan is working when you go to the pharmacy, turn around and walk out and come back another day. I have dealt with him a couple of times when I had a gap in my insurance and had to resort to using GoodRx to afford paying for prescriptions I needed. He has absolutely horrible customer service, doesn’t care what you have on GoodRx on your end, and doesn’t even use your coupons you have for your prescriptions through GoodRx, requiring you to pay full price anyway. DO NOT go to the pharmacy on Sundays. Any other day the staff is excellent and professional and the pharmacist is always very helpful.

Pharmacy wasn't able to look up my son's insurance. Had my normal pharmacy call to transfer the prescription. Mine calls me and says they were on hold for an hour before being hung up on. Went back to speak to the pharmacy associates and they tried to have me pay the 150$ for the prescription that has no copay at my regular pharmacy, then acted like I was crazy for wanting the transfer. Makes me want to delete my Walmart plus and just stop using Walmart altogether.

Do yourself a favor go to Walgreens, CVS, or even Winn-Dixie this place is a joke they have no sincerity for patients or anyone needing their medication. To them it's just at 8:00 to 5:00 job and they're just there for the paycheck.

terrible customer service. the eyelashes had a thing infront of them that a worker had to get off so people don't steal. the lady said i think she's on break and then walked away from me didn't say anything or say we'd get help. i waited 10 min and called, she said someone would be back right there, i waited again and no one so i fucking left.

Had recently had surgery and doctor prescribed me what I needed , What I believe was the head pharmacist said it was to much, 20 pills, I'm in horrific pain , I'm leaving this Pharmacy for good , The doctor knows what he is doing when filing prescriptions
