Im not understanding why I’m being charged $5.78 a gallon in the summer time? I paid $5.48 in the winter and I was told it was because it was the winter time? Why am I seemingly the only person being price gouged?

A few months ago I set up a new account with Ferrell Gas. The field crew was friendly and prompt and came out and ran the gas line and said call us when you’re ready for the tank. I called two weeks ago to say I’m ready for the tank. After several phone calls between myself and the call center, I was finally told that the district manager has decided that it is too inconvenient to finish the work and deliver the tank. I was told this was because they are short handed (I said I was willing to wait if necessary to get service established) and that I am “too far out” (most gas service is rural and Ferrell services many other homes in my area). The “reasons” (aka excuses) just don’t make sense. Immediately after the call when I was told “we aren’t going to do your job”, a Ferrell Gas truck was at the end of my street. I have called multiple times and the call center staff always send an email to the District Manager (named Todd) but I have not gotten the decency of a return phone call from him, or anyone else who might be in authority. I have excellent credit and no cause to be denied service (after all I set up the account and they ran the gas line). This review is not intended to reflect badly on the Pensacola crew but rather on the management of Ferrell Gas. You have my number. I am waiting for your call.

OMG talk about customer service and here I thought that was gone. I've never been more impressed with a company before. We are nearly a customer but working with us has been phenomenal. Thank you Ferrell gas.Johnnie and Anna Arnold

The woman we called on the phone Thursday afternoon never called us back. So had to call back Friday and they said it would be Tuesday before anyone showed up. Gary J. showed up at our house around 9. Was gone not even 45 minutes later. Very friendly person, didn't mind having a conversation and working at the same time and answering questions. Much better company than the previous ones we called before.
