“Packed.Edit: Removing a star because the cancellation process is a pain. Maybe you are never ever suppose to cancel a gym membership idk. I use a gym offered through my work now so I don't need this membership anymore. To call some random number to have them send you a form via email then return it and finally cancel over the course of 30 days just seems to be a bit much. Otherwise, it still is a nice gym, and the people are great. Idk how packed it is anymore since I quit going so don't let my initial review deter you.”
“Heard about CrossFit VU through a friend of mine and decided to tag along for a workout and fell in love instantly. The coaches are super helpful and will critique your form with the intention of only being helpful never hurtful. Been attending consistently for the last two months and plan to continue until the end of time! Go check out CrossFit VU and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.”
“I completed the 6 week women's boot camp and it was phenomenal! I lost a good chunk of the body fat I wanted to lose and was blessed to lose it in the exact places I wanted to lose it in and replaced it with a lil' more muscle than i had when i started...David is just an awesome person and nutritionist and he really went above and beyond to hold me accountable and make sure I met my goals. Landell, Ricshon, & Kristina are wonderful people and as trainers they all really go the extra mile for the folks they're working with and I only wish I discovered them sooner before my departure from the area! The class sizes are intimate and the sense of community is strong with everyone who goes there regardless of frequency. Cannot recommend strongly enough for anyone looking to get REAL results with their fitness goals and a change in mindset!”

“Great facility with lots of equipment for whatever exercises you want to focus on. The staff are super friendly and helpful as well. There’s also a climate controlled indoor running track which is amazing when it’s too hot to run outside during summer.”

“This is the best anytime fitness I've ever been to; it's big, clean and feels new. They have 3 squat racks, 2 smith machines AND 2 deadlifting platforms ( most I've ever seen at an anytime). On top of that they also have awesome equipment like a belt squat, hack squat and hip thrust machine just to mention a few. They also have a friggin Torque sled, who has a frickin torque sled?!? Not to mention all the cardio stuff; bikes, stairclimber, treadmill, elliptical, rowers and I'm sure a few other things I've failed to mention. Place is AWESOME!”
