A friend of mine does not recommend. Apparently they messed up an over the phone payment and did not make things right causing her credit score to drop. Customer service is awful, plus they have several hidden fees.

Extremely lack of communication. Took four months just to get a notice late notice on a vehicle that was totalled out. They love to talk while eating and get aggravated when you can't hear them on the phone. I'll make sure we never yluse them

I have been with Harvester's for several years. We recently have been using the Baptist branch for all our needs. Ms. Angela has helped us with 3 separate loans over the last years. The personal service we have been provided is second to none. Our family truly appreciates what Harvesters, and especially Ms. Angela, has done for us. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Or business needed two new vehicles, Tabitha Maddox made the process easy and convenient. Between the excellent customer service and low interest rate, I would highly recommend purchasing you new or used vehicle with Harvesters. Ask for Tabitha she’s great!!

Worst credit union do not recommend. Called for a simple payoff only to be on hold for 20 minutes and three transfers. Then they will add other loans to it before they release the title.

So Although we have had a number of loans through the years, working with Miss Jenni at Harvesters Credit Union has been the best experience of all ! It has been a pleasure knowing that she had our interest throughout the process. Her experience and kindness has made the entire process seem effortless . She is very good at helping people and you can tell by her good character. All in all she made it fun and not stressful!Can't thank you folks at Harvesters enough! You made our lives better ! Harvesters is a Horrible bank. Changed from pen air to harvesters but changed back to penair they don't even have a ATM accessible in milton then when you use another banks ATM and they won't refund fees closed account and got charged 10.00 I will never bank with them ever again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEN AIR.

*** Update to original review **I was contacted by Dustin and Dan and we were able to resolve the situation. They were kind and understanding, exactly what you would expect from a Credit Union. Thank you both so much for your help and your compassion in a difficult situation. I updated from a 1 star to a 4 star.***After a death in the family, we called to let Harversters know that the person had died. The loan was current. They told me we had 30 days to settle the loan. 2 weeks later they called for a decision if we were going to settle the loan immediately and gave us 2 days for a decision. I pointed out that the loan was current! I wish i had not called them to let them know about the death. I would not have been harassed for a decision, I can't make so quickly.

We're extremely unhelpful and always made excuses and made me feel stupid. The best part is I apologized for my frustration. My husband goes back the next day and unprompted and unprofessional as all get out the manager of the bank tells my husband I yelled at everybody etc. and tried to make me look back. when I in fact did not and had apologized for me even being frustrated. Thankfully my husband knows me better then that. Yes I spoke with that manager because my card was locked. I fixed it when it was negative the same day. But because I didn't opt for overdraft they are telling me I couldnt use my card until at all Saturday because they weren't going to unlock my card like they've done literally anytime. There's always a reason it isn't a customers fault. They were literally working on unlocking a card right before I walked up mind you. Because while I was at the teller window they were still working on unlocking the lady's card. However it's all my fault? When literally two people back to back in line are having the same issue. I didn't hear them tell that person it was their fault and they couldn't unlock anything until Saturday. Mind you I told them I was coming back to close my account and they lady then cut my card in front of me. The worst customer service. I went to navy federal the next day and was treated with respect and told my account wouldn't lock. Which I wouldn't have to worry anyways because they accept cash in Their atms and since I'm a server that's how I put most of my cash in the bank.
