The worker CONRAD was very rude and unprofessional!! I had a 2022 White SR line Altima One of the guys up there pulled out an AK Rifle on my cousin when we were dropping off the car!!! CONRAD accused me of trying to commit insurance fraud and turned away the insurance lady(who had just needed pictures no insurance claim involved) he assumed I was trying to keep the insurance money and not pay him! When there was NO CLAIM! I’m paying out of pocket!! Conrad told us to inform him when we were going to drop off and WE DID! The guy during pickup bragged about pulling his gun out because he didn’t know who was dropping off my Nissan Altima !!! Also CONRAD was also rude once he learned I couldn’t use his services ! And started threatening me with storage fees when I couldn’t pick up my car right away!!! But then approached the guy differently who referred me and told him it’s ok as long as it is picked up by the AM!!!!!! The business is so unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend to use this business they pick and choose who they’re nice too!!!!

The owner of this business is extremely unprofessional. He allows his drivers to operate unsafely, neglecting to use proper turn signals or light bars for indicating braking or turning. When I reported one of his drivers to him, he was extremely rude and hung up on me. The driver had ran a stop sign, almost causing a collision with my vehicle, which had my four children inside. Due to the lack of proper turn signals, it was impossible to tell if the driver was turning. I strongly advise against using this business. The owner is rude and does not take others' safety seriously. This business should be shut down, and the owner is a disgrace.
It was truck number 8
You should be ashamed of yourself for allowing this to continue to happen. If you read other reviews this is NOT the first time this has happened with his drivers.

My roadside assistance called this company to tow my vehicle. I thought that was strange since they are located about 45 minutes away from me but I guess they have their reasons. My issue is that I waited 3 hours and 47 minutes for them to arrive! Thankfully the vehicle was stranded a minute from my house so I was able to go home to wait but over 3 1/2 hours is just unacceptable.

This guy absolutely rocks. He went above and beyond to help us out when we were broken down at 5 am. He fueled us up, jumped our battery, and even made sure we made it to the next stop okay, all for a fair price. 10/10 service.

Best in town, only one that would answer to your call after 6pm family friendly staff and owner. 10/10Cedric is the best mans got me some breakfast after picking me up at the hotel never experienced this type of service before highly recommended one call thats all for me after three other places turned me down it took me one call and kevin was there. Worked with Sedrick, and by far one of the best experience's I have had working with anyone. We were in a tricky situation not being from the area and Sedrick gave us the best information on hotels, where to rent a car and still once our tow was complete with him he continuously checked in to make sure everything was ok! I cant express how much I truly appreciate the time this company put in to helping us!

Owner is super nice, staff is very attentive. They will definitely go above and beyond to get the job done. They are more of heavy machinery/equipment ,big stuff towing. If you have an 18 wheeler, big truck, or need to tow a trailer, RV tractor to something like that, these people can definitely do it. Definitely the best, will be using them from no on.
