“The pharmacy gets 5 stars all day. The pharmacists are always busy, but I've never had an issue with any if them. There are a couple of pharmacy employees that just always look less than thrilled to be there, but I always get great service. Wait times can be long, most of which is caused by customers not being prepared or wanting to argue with whomever is working the register. FYI most issues with pricing is caused by insurance not staff... The manager was called back to the pharmacy for assistance due to them being slammed once and she was so rude. I give the pharmacists 5 stars, but the rest of the store 3.”

“I hate this illness that I live with every day. But I have no choice, I cannot wish it away. I have a genetic brain disorder and sometimes it decides what's going to happen for me. This morning I fell in Publix parking lot, and I hit my head. It was very embarrassing. Because sometimes it hits when I have run out of energy. Like today I had been driving with me and my dogs for over two hours. That's a lot for me. I should have known better I admit. The Publix's folks could not have been nicer. They bought me in. And looked after me. They called my wife so that they could know what my illness does. I could not have asked for more caring and understanding than I received this morning. Thank you so much! Once my wife explained she came and got me home, it wasn't far. Again thank you sorry to say but now that we live in this are it may happen again.”

I recently had an exceptional experience with the print service at Walgreens, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I was in a bind, needing prints urgently, and was worried I might have to go elsewhere. However, the outstanding customer service I received from Ms. Pam changed everything.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and guided through the process with ease. Ms. Pam, who assisted me, was incredibly professional and attentive. She reassured me that everything would be taken care of promptly, and her confidence put my mind at ease.
True to her word, my prints were ready very quickly, exceeding my expectations in terms of both speed and quality. The entire process was seamless, thanks to Ms. Pam's expertise and dedication. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated.
Walgreens has earned my highest recommendation for their print services. If you're looking for quick, reliable, and friendly service, look no further. I'll definitely be returning for all my future printing needs.

“Honestly, I’m perplexed by the bad reviews. I’ve been using this pharmacy for coming up on a year now. Every single staff member has been kind & cheerful. They talk to my son when he’s w/ me. They’ve given me info for things unrelated to my prescriptions. Always greeted w/ a smile. Anytime I had an issue, they solved it quickly & efficiently. I love this pharmacy & their drive thru window. We travel for a living & this has been my favorite pharmacy hands down.”

“The 3 star rating is for the overall experience that I had at Sams Club tires. The tires I ordered and prepared to have put on my vehicle we're not there when I arrived and needed to be ordered. I had arranged transportation and to drop my car for the day and was unable to get to anything done. We finally decided to order a different set and have it done on another day. I paid an extra $150 to have all four of my tire pressure sensors replaced as well because my light had been on for some time. The staff was unaware that my vehicle required a factory sensor reset so, after paying all of that money to have the sensors replaced they still did not work and my light was still on. They had already gotten rid of my old sensors so I was stuck with $150 of new sensors that did not read. Clint suggested that I drive them and see if the manual reset works and come back if it doesn't. I drove it for 2 days and came back to let them know that it wasn't working. Clint was not there, but Spencer C helped me. He was fantastic! If I could give him a rating it would be 10 out of five stars. He was kind and compassionate and understood my frustration. He did everything he could do to make it right and was polite and caring during the process. Sam's would do well to hire more employees like Spencer C. He os a gem!”

“They were able to fill my prescription that neither Walgreens or CVS were unwilling to try to get. Since it's a hard-to-find script, it took a few days but at least they were willing to try - and it only cost $4. CVS lost a customer - but Walmart gained one.”
