This store changes gas prices more times a week than I ever seen in my life. I can see the price from my life. As I write this, the gas prices are 40 cents cheaper in Viera and Merritt Island. He's at 3:19 a gallon. Cumberland farms is currently at 3:09 a gallon. Makes no sense whatsoever unless you're trying to make up for no one coming in your store because of your high prices. 11/14/24.

Was driving through from out of town, needed gas and a bathroom. The bathroom was clean and readily available, staff was friendly - what else is there to wish for?

I've been going to this 711 since I was 5yrs old and I've always had great customer service!! I've seen horrors go one here an in my opinion the workers do an amazing job at not loosing it on some of these rude customers!!! So I commend all the workers past an present at this location!!! Tubor you're awesome and so is everyone else

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Go to Cumberland up the road instead! Look at all the negative reviews way more than just mine...This place is absolutely horrible and the owner is beyond unprofessional! They charged me twice for the same thing and we've been fighting them ever since! We have receipts etc and tried to deal with it before leaving the store but was told it would be fixed and it never was. Its been over a month of us fighting to get the money back they owe us! I escalated it to corporate and the owner instead of trying to help the owner was rude and argumentative and instead of helping started throwing insults and accusations! Even went to far as to asking why we purchased that much from there! I've filed a formal complaint with the state as well as with my bank. Absolutely unprofessional place that needs to be looked into and shut down immediately. What should have been $71 ended up costing and being double charged to a total of $146 with absolutely no fix or solution!

I brought in my winning lottery ticket of $50.00 to cash it out and, the female clerk told me it had expired, I didn't know how these scratch offs worked so I believed her, only to be later by my boyfriend that the game did not expire, he looked it up and it was still an active game so, we looked up the ticket and it had already been cashed out which means, the girl stole my money, I still have my scratch off ticket. I tried to call the Manager and even went into the store to complain about it and the employee kept making excuses of why he wasn't there. I do not go there anymore!

The men's room was out of order, I asked the clerk if I could use the ladies room, she snapped at me,"that's the LADIES ROOM!" I replied I knew that but had to use the bathroom. She was nasty and as rude as a road accident. I chose to not make a purchase and told her to enjoy unemployment. The lady running this store during the early morning is very nasty, I recommend Cumberland farms right down the road. She should be fired for her extremely rude attitude.

Old mountain dew slurpee machine tasted like pina colada, they just got a new one and it still taste bad like an off pina colada…. Seems like they dont clean their machines. Gross.

If I could give a negative star I would. Warning to parents... do NOT bring your kids in here. There is a Cumberland one block up the road that is safer and way cleaner!!! The store owner is only nice to his regulars and I watched him yell at a girl for trying to park her bike safely with no bike rack provided for keeping a bike safe!

People that work there are rude, they rank below ZERO on the friendliness factor and not just anyone in particular, all of them. I go in occasionally to see if something has changed, NEVER!! Go to Cumberland Farms down the street... it's cleaner, they are nicer and it's worth the extra few minutes!

Ive lived here going on 7 years, and the most DISGUSTING girl works the night shift. She is Angry, RUDE, ABUSIVE and DISGUSTING. She was so terrible to me on many occasions and tonight I stood up for myself and I told her she is rude and told her I will tell the owners and she said "go ahead and guess what I will STILL have a job here!" absolutely DISGUSTING I will NEVER give my money here again. Shame on the owners for allowing her to treat patrons terribly, shame on you both.. I mean My God, look at all the reviews before mine... its all the same..and the owners DO NOT CARE!!! SMDH
