“Had some caution on a text message on verification of car insurance for a recent car loan through them. I was skeptical about the text message I received as
I had notice or alert on my portal.
Miranda, here at the branch helped with verifying that the text message was legitimate. She made some calls to verify that it was an actual message from the loan department with Space Coast Credit Union.
Afterwards, she helped when I had questions regarding the fields on the insurance verification website.

“Good bank and location! i’ve been a member for at least 17 years. I’m glad that they kept the same location here because Cocoa Beach closed Cocoa closed Port St. John has an ATM thankfully other than that it’s Rockledge in Melbourne so Brevard county has a bit rough on locations but other than that, I love Bank of America‘s app and them for a bank as a whole it’s my go to. as far as the ATMs, they are a bit problematic one time I got my ATM card pulled in and had to wait quite a while since they do not process the cards at the banks anymore. Also, it wouldn’t accept cash for a couple weeks about a month ago, which was quite an issue for me since I’m self-employed of course I made it work with other bank accounts, but I prefer these one bank and not get charged fees for things, but it would be very helpful for them to add a few more ATMs, especially in the West Coast area, preferably. other than that, I’ve had a great experience with Bank of America as a whole and I’ve dealt with the other banks in the area. There’s a reason I’m built with them that long, Plus, they’re generally nationwide.”

“We came in to open a CD and a savings account. We did come in around 5:30pm on a Friday (they close at 6pm) but that was unfortunately the only time that worked for us due to our work schedules and they’re closed on the weekend. Anyways, Dylan was BEYOND helpful and showed a great attitude during the entire transaction and never showed annoyance with our questions or the fact that we didn’t leave till 6:30pm. HOWEVER, the blonde girl with the glasses (didn’t catch her name but i think her name tag said Caitlyn) showed EXTREME dismay and annoyance that we were there. She did not try to hide it or anything.”

“Great bank but terrible customer service. I took out some money for rent the other day and told the lady how much I needed and what I wanted. Then somebody came over the speaker and said hi how can I help you and I said oh somebody is already helping me. Was too far to see her name but she had medium length blonde hair and rolled her eyes at me and so rude.just because you are behind glass doesn’t mean I can’t see you. Next time I go there I am definitely saying something!”

“I had an issue with my account that was caused by me. I went in spoke with Rob to see if we could correct what I messed up. Due to it not being processed yet, I was told I needed to come back after processing and Rob would correct it for me. The next day, first thing in the morning Rob called me and told everything was taken care of…I was blown away. You don’t come along that kind of service anymore let alone someone who remembers you from the day before and instead of waiting for me to return to the bank, he did it for me! Simple gesture by Rob but you’ve made a client happy for choosing SCCU. I’ll never leave this bank.”

“Some Chase banks have just an ATM kiosk and a few employees. This branch is a full service bank with a counter and customer service bankers in cubicles. When we needed a mortgage for a home purchase a couple years ago, no banks would help us, not even our bank we had for years! But the mortgage specialist at Chase went out of her way to make sure we made it to closing and helped me all along the way. Today we opened a new account for our teen daughter and Tyler was very helpful and patient with us to explain everything. And the App is great- you can do practically everything without leaving home!”
