I was in Cape laundromat today, and I was doing laundry for a friend of mine and he hasn't done his laundry in a while. Well needless to say they didn't smell very good. Lol.....Candice the attendant on site was very helpful she was amazing thank you very much. She's a very awesome person.

Pricey, but convenient to the cruise terminals. A few machines were out of service, as expected in a laundromat. We did 2 small loads, $14 for wash and dry. Must use the high setting or it takes forever to dry.

Great experience at CAPE Laundry! The place was super clean and just like it looked on the website. I met the manager, Candace — she was really nice and welcoming. One of the workers was also super sweet. I was there with my son, and they even gave him a free ice pop, which totally made his day. You can tell they care about their customers. Definitely recommend if you’re in the Cape Canaveral area!

The other day was the final straw
It takes alot for me to snap on someone
But Sarah ur laundry attendant needs to go
And this ain't the first time I had to deal with her
The first run in was when I accidentally tapped the windows with my bicycle handle and she tweeked about it saying u know t he rules and got very rude and disrespectful in her choice words and I responded by who do u think ur talking to
Then this last time I came in and literally asked her where the non police number was and she literally was rude and said I don't gotta show u it's on the wall.
Then she had other things she could of been doing but instead followed me like a lost puppy and said u know the rules u can't hang out in here and she disrespectfully kept saying if u know the rules then get out
Then when i just blew her off cause I am a average customer and not homeless wich she knows I come in here all the time as well as the other attendants do at the most would of been in here no more then 10 minutes if that just wanted to talk to local sheriff
I then proceeded to go outside and stand on the public sidewalk wich the bar owns not cape Canaveral laundry and she proceeded to say i needed to leave or she was going to call the cops and have me tresspassed I laughed at her and said go ahead I want u to
And I went on further to say u better hope u still have a job cause this is why u lost ur job at Cumberland farms and u lost ur job at dollar General and u will be loosing ur job at domino's pizza
She is the reason why customers who are frequently here stop coming or don't come in at all
To conclude u need attendants in here that are respectful to customers that actually do there job and quit worry about other people's conversations when she is not even being talking too

I was doing laundry and the lady named Joanne. She is so nice and she’s very helpful. Always busy working. I love coming there when she’s there cause I know she’ll always be in a good mood. I have severe disabilities and she goes above and beyond and not just for me even when the place has a lot of people she is always checking on them going round and round checking to make sure everyone’s ok! Thank you for having such an amazing worker bee!!

I stopped in to the Cape laundry, to wash some clothing in the laundry mat, and found that they have a clothes room where they sell clothing at a very cheap price to people who wash their laundry there. My friend that I was doing laundry with has no money I was helping her that day and I told her to pick some clothes out and I would pay for them. The people working there were so kind. and helpful. We walked out of there with a full bag of clothing for my friend for just a few dollars. I will always do my laundry at the Cape laundry now with people like that that’s where I want to spend my money doing laundry. Not only are they a wonderful staff, but they offer a great service to the community! :)

If I could give this review zero stars I would. I went in on a Tuesday to do a quick load and Sara was working. She was grumpy and very rude and so now I attempt to do my laundry when she's not working. I went in on the following Wednesday and couldn't even bring myself to do my laundry because she really was that rude. I'm just mind-blown that the owner is allowing her employees to treat customers this way. The way Sara talks about her boss and coworkers just shows that she has little respect for the business and should find another job. The other employees put too much work into the company just to have it brought down by others. I feel as if I must find somewhere else to work, doing laundry is already something I hate doing and doing it in a room filled with negativity from Sara is too much.

Even though they are cleane the prices are outrageous 3 loads came to 24.50 cold water when you press hor water prices go up 50 cent more .
