The ready to go food was almost completely wiped out, the staff made no effort to restock. The staff looked annoyed to even work there. This is a terrible Cumberland Farms compared to the ones I've been to up north.

I’m giving this a two star for the negligence of the two women working there. I came in one morning. They were out of toilet paper. I reminded them the toilet paper 🧻 needed to be filled up in the bathrooms 🚽 and they said they were completely out. It was as if there was no initiative to go half a mile down the street and buy a toilet paper 🧻 from the grocery store 🏬 to make sure that there was toilet paper 🧻 for the customers in this commercial business 🧑💼 That is very busy. I felt that this was unprofessional and ignorant of both women 🧍♀️ Other than that, it was halfway decent as far as the cleanliness 🧼 goes.

En route to the beach, Cumby is my go-to spot for giant fresh-brewed iced tea, but they have everything you need for a day at the beach. Very welcoming and friendly staff (shout out to Carrie and Javonda). Excellent app that gives you a $0.10/gallon discount on gas and keeps track of purchases, occasionally giving you a freebie (fountain drink, pizza, coffee, breakfast sandwich, etc). What is better than a $0.99 iced tea? A free iced tea!

Hit or miss on a lot of products in the store. Usually, they're out of stuff sold behind the counter. Also, the gas price sign has been broken for God knows how long.

Went in today for gas and coffee. The lady Nicki at the register was so pleasant, big smile and friendly! I told her it was so nice to see a happy face, if there were more people like her the world would be a better place!! I told her that I had a tough week she said “you need a hug” and gave me a caring hug…Nikki, you brought happiness to me, I had had been crying for days!! Thank you! Cumberland farms…keep this incredible lady!! She’s an asset to your business!!

Store is almost always clean and tidy so that's why it gets 1 star. If the grouchy manager lady Sara was still there, I'd give it negative as many stars as possible. Her attitude made the whole place, the customers and every employee miserable. Poor Dollar General has her now. Oh boy!
Prices marked are NEVER what is rung up at the counter. Sticker says $7.99 for 12 pack of Pepsi. Told it is $9.41. When I question the difference the girl tells me it's tax. $1.42 tax on $7.99 item? I try to school her by telling her that 10% on $7.99 would be $0.79 cents! She then blames it on the register. I e never once gotten their advertised price on their 12 packs to date. No one noticed this when in entory and /or end of day balancing is done? I haven't worked retail but I'm sure there's got to be a way to see that customers are being ripped off!

Use to come to this cumbis all the time and I have to say that lady holly is by far the rudest nastiest employee I've ever had to deal with definitely don't recommend shopping here if she's working hella rude
